PACE-Consulting is the vision of one man, Matt Nichols, whose personal journey started in earnest in 2001. After a long career at ‘Rolls-Royce Plc’ he launched Professional Advice on ChangE (PACE), before joining forces with the family run business ‘Nitech Technical Services Ltd’ two years later in 2003.
