Wow. What a fantastic place. The breakfast was superb so big I couldnŌĆÖt finish it! The plants are well presented and reasonably priced they all look well cared for. We will most definitely be going back’┐Į

We usually come to Pacific Nurseries at least once a week for a hot meal. We've always found the food excellent and the staff welcoming and friendly - so naturally we keep returning! Looking forward to choosing new plants in the Spring!

We take our grandson at least once a week here. It feels like home, all of the staff are lovely, the food is scrummy and you are always made so welcome. The new refurb is amazing and so comfortable. Also the new system of service works so well. The pantry sells the most appetizing goods and only ever buy my sausage and cheese from there. Well done Pacific, keep up the good work. Xxxx

Visited the new restaurant on recommendation, this morning. Food quality and service was excellent. Will definitely be paying further visits in the not too distant future.

Visited the expanded and revamped cafe yesterday and what can I say - wonderful new decor and as usual fantastic food! Love the window to have a peak into the kitchen to see where and how all the tempting pastries are being made. Well done Pacific Nurseries!!!

Customer Service at its very best actually Excellent...

Over the last thirty years we have got used to buying first rate plants from Pacific Nurseries and since the premises were rebuilt we have brought garden furniture etc as well. We can trust that a plant is only on sale during the appropriate season for it to be planted out. The garden furniture etc are always of good quality and provide very good value considering their standard.



What makes Pacific special is the people who work there. The same staff are there for years and have a wide knowledge about the plants or other things for sale or know who on the staff will know. They clearly enjoy working there. Why is this? A clue is that if a delivery arrives the the co-owner and centre manager can be seen working harder than anyone else in sight and also all of us do our best work when we feel valued!

Cafe Ōśå

The nursery side of the business is fantastic, with lots of staff on hand who are helpful and have good knowledge. Particularly so on Saturday when we purchased rather a lot of garden netting!

Yesterday a friend and myself visited the caf├®. Now we have quite a few dietary issues. Back when the caf├® reopened we were given various reasons over several visits as to why they couldn't provide us with a Soy Decaf Latte. On each visit there was what seemed a genuine reason. Not got that machine yet.Thermometer broken etc etc. We decided to give the caf├® another try. This time we were told they could do a Decaf coffee but the milk would be on the side! So not what we wanted. This time we decided to take our custom across the road. No where else in Streetly, Aldridge, Shenstone or Lichfield do we have this problem. In fact the smallest coffee kiosk in Lichfield caters to our needs alongside amazing gluten free cakes.

New cafe and dining area is excellent, and the staff are very proud of it, and it reflects well in the whole ambience of the Nursery! New menu too, we are hoping to visit more often than before....PS the fruit scones are as delicious as ever...

Just been for Sunday lunch. Really enjoyed it. First visit since refurb. Food excellent ,staff cheerful and helpful as always.

I visited the new restaurant last Thursday for breakfast with 3 friends and it was absolutely amazing. The staff were very friendly and very welcoming. We were served very quickly to our drinks and then just a short wait and our omelettes arrived. They were absolutely delicious! The cake display looked so appetising, i cant wait to go back over the easter holidays to try a slice!

Have been several times always had lunch did breakfast this time first class had full english really good taste no grease hubby had eggs benedict his favorite said was one of the nicest hes tasted staff are friendly and helpful plants always in good condition not bad priced farm shop good produce also do nice gifts and cards worth a visit.

First visit to your revamped restaurant and I love it - lovely and bright and fresh. I was worried the restaurant would lose some of its character and the food wouldn't be as good as you expanded - I'm so glad that's not the case! Well done to all concerned and thank you. It's my guilty pleasure!

Excellent Christmas display and shop, lovely display of gift and cards. Had great pot of tea, latte coffee and tea cakes

After coming highly recommended, Six of us went for an afternoon tea today. We were not disappointed! The staff were attentive, polite and could not do enough for you! The afternoon tea itself was delightful! We will definitely be returning!

A beautiful place plants are very healthy and looked after , staff very helpful , cafe lovely food although could do with lot more tables , I was visiting my cousin and she brought me here , I am from Sheffield , but this is one of the best garden centres I have been too xxx

1st of many visits love the revamp hasnŌĆÖt lost any of the charm or warmth as usual the food was delicious, the staff were friendly helpful and service was quick. Have watched the changes over the years keep it up and wish you all the best this year has to offer. CouldnŌĆÖt resist a stop off at the shop to take home a cream tea ­¤ś£

A great spot in Britain, pretty 'Silver' crowd which is typical of these Garden Centers but they have nice staff and good food. Wish they had wine as well, that would make it really perfect. Well worth a visit though.

Lovely decor - but staff looked disinterested and warm water was served and ice cream had melted and the waitress acknowledged by saying oh think melted on way over - no follow up is everything ok with meal Could be improved on and hair in my opinion should be tied back
