Went for the first time last night - a party of 5 to celebrate my daughter's 25th birthday. The customer service was outstanding and nothing was too much trouble for them. I use a wheelchair and although there is a step up to the restaurant they came to the door and said they would get the ramp but I didn't need it because I can walk short distances and made my own way into the restaurant. Again when leaving they offered the ramp but again it wasn't needed as my daughter just "bumped" me down the step lol. At various times throughout the night they asked if I was OK and made me feel very welcome and not a problem at all. I have been to various Cantonese/Chinese restaurants and take aways but I can honestly say that I have never tasted better food and had better service than I did last night. At the end of the night they brought my daughter a dessert and gave her whatever drink she wanted compliments of the house for her birthday and they sang happy birthday to her and even though she was 25 she thoroughly enjoyed the personal touch. A big thank you to all the staff for making her birthday a fantastic night. I definitely recommend this restaurant and I can't wait to go back. Thank you so much.

We have been guests at Pacifica for many years and Sunday's visit was as fabulous as always. It was extremely busy, perhaps as it was the last Sunday special of January, but that didn't alter the amazing quality of food and the great service we received from the staff. It's clear to see why year on year this is still ranked one of the best Cantonese restaurants in Manchester! We'll keep coming back for years to come X

We called in on the off-chance without booking on a Sunday evening to take advantage of the Sunday offer !! We were seated within 5 minutes and what followed was a real treat the starters here are just so good you almost dont need the main course... however we did it and managed both then followed a selection of delicate treats.



Needless to say we left feeling spoiled, overfed and extremely comfortable whilst it is possible to eat posher and spend more in Manchester, you can't beat the value for money I feel we experienced in Eccles.



I can advise everyone to call in and treat yourselves.

My family had a lovely meal here tonight. The food was authentic and staff were really attentive. Perfect for a relaxed family meal. Would recommend the honey chicken wings, we were all fighting for them!

Iv been quite a few times now and each time Iv been food has been lovely and service has been great! They can't do enough for you! The only down side about here is that to privately hire the sky Lounge is really expensive as the min spend on the bar is a lot but other than that great place to go for any occasion!

I can not fault this place one bit, our first visit was for our daughters 16th birthday (October) and was a party of 11 and we all left very happy and very full. Our second visit was NYE just for a family meal and once again were more than happy. The food is amazing and the service is great!! Staff were very attentive and couldn’t have done anymore for us..thank you!!

Had an absolutely gorgeous meal last night here with my wonderful Husband great service, with great food & fantastic company. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Fantastic food and great service. I really liked the vegan options that were available and the weekday deal of all you can order for around £20pp was great.

Cannot fault this place. Had a party here and the service and the food were impeccable. All the party guest had a great time. Venue is just lovely and modern. Thank you once again . Highly recommend this place. ��

Staff are friendly and helpful, food is lovely and easily the best around this radius. The Sunday £25 deal is a great idea and il definately be returning soon on a Sunday to make the most of the set menu with a nice amount of choice.

As always gorgeous meal and fantastic service , very helpful and friendly.

Made to feel welcome and love the buzzers on the table incase you need a waiter to order more drinks - definitely recommend The Pacifica to go for an amazing Chinese meal.

Quite bland food especially if your a vegetarian... service hit and miss... warm cheap soft drinks. Nothing really stood out apart from how greasy and drowned in soy sauce every dish seemed to be. Would not return.

The food was gorgeous! However, having no coke or lemonade on arrival, was told we had to wait so they could nip to Morrisons while they topped up. They bought Morrisons cheap Rola cola and cheap lemonade which are 50p at best per bottle, they then had the audacity to charge us £2.80 for a pint of coke/lemonade! Absolute disgrace! ... Our waiting time was ridiculous, an hour and a half, being told 5 mins and then it comes out 20 minutes later! .. Also certain alcoholic drinks that were ordered were brought over and the waitress had no clue what they were! .. The decent food was overshadowed by the complete lack of service and appalling treatment!
