Food excellent. Beer beautifully kept. Welcome fantastic. Staff enthusiastic, friendly and super helpful. Shame we live miles away in West Kent otherwise we would be adopting a new local without a moment's hesitation.

Stopped off for a pub lunch and they allowed our dog to come in with us and provided a water bowl. Very friendly staff. Food excellent cost reasonable.:-) :-) :-)

Fantastic food, the kids didn't rate the children's menus but ordered from the main menu and polished the lot off it was so nice. Local beers that are kept well and a very friendly head waitress made this our meal of the holiday. With locally sourced meat and produce I'd had back again in a heart beat for seconds.

Fantastic place serving locally sourced great food. Staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating. Dogs are welcome and the locals friendly.

i think the pack horese is the best pub in the world and have stayed there many a time. i also have made friends with the owners and they are a lovely happy family. i would recomend it to anyone

pleasant and friendly staff especially girls behind the bar, wanted to book a table for evening meal but when three dogs were allowed into the restaurant it put us off.Our room was pleasant and light however, it was directly above the kitchen and all of the cooking odours from the deep fryer came into our room and wasn't pleasant.Breakfast was delicious and plenty on offer

Comfortable, affordable and accomodating. My girlfriend is vegan and they were able to buy the brand of milk and yoghurt that she likes without any issues. Super friendly super local super northumberland!
