Pads Dog Training Club

(PADS) Dog Training Cub was set up in 2013 to provide puppy and follow on training with positive re-enforcement methods for pet dog owners.

PADS Dog Training Club offers puppy and follow on training for pet dog owners.

We encourage the use of positive methods to reward desired behaviour ie: toys, treats and lots of encouragement, as we believe this is the best way to build up a close bond with your dog and make training enjoyable for them.

PADS is run by Penny Harris VN, a qualified Veterinary Nurse with an interest in dog behaviour, who competes at agility and obedience with her own dogs, and
Debbie Lakin who co-runs a local rescue society, (Pattering Paws), and has experience of a wide range of breeds and their various requirements.

They both attend several workshops and seminars each year to keep their knowledge up to date.

The club also holds information evenings for their members with guest trainers and speakers.

From 2014 we will be hosting seminars which will be advertised on the page as they become available.
