Pakefield Holiday Centre

Good food good entertainment. Able to just chill out .

Pontins holiday Centre was very run down. Chalet nice and warm. Drawers broken in chalet. No televisions working in the chalets. No heating in the main entertainments room during the whole stay. Staff brilliant. Food excellent. Entertainment excellent.

Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Loved most of the comedy caper week. Lovely good. Would have liked a folder with bigger map to find our way to chalet especially as it started to get dark by the time we collected our key. Also would have liked a leaflet about activities and time of meals although notices we're on a board but as it was our first visit we didn't know this. However I would definitely come back. Run down not much to to do for older children trampolines never open tiny beds swimming pool badly run staff in there basically said to they open the slide if they can be bothered need to run the kitchen better the way the foods brought out the desert was not brought out till gone it was one then changed then back to first lot then back again so u thought it was run out and it was not so u chose something different to find once that had gone the was more of what u wanted in the first place cleaner's need to be retrained

Basic apartment but has all we need. It's Clean which is the main thing.
Food has so far been great and the kids have loved the entertainment.
