Quaint little place, small screens, and a friendly atmosphere.
The staff were very friendly, the tickets were reasonably priced, they had a good selection of snacks, it has small but comfy seating, and an old school vibe.
We went to see Thor Ragnarok and thoroughly enjoyed the movie here.

I would defiantly choose this cinema over the Vue in York. It’s very cosy and the staff are very friendly. The screen rooms are a good size and the seats are very comfy. It’s quite old fashioned which I really like. The only problem is the prices are a bit high for sweets, best of buying some from Asda and sneaking them in 😂😂
Quaint and cosy this cinema gives a palpable sense of nostalgia. Not to say that the premises is dated, I think the venue must have had a recent renovation or redecoration as all the fixtures and furnishings look very new. We were in screen 2, there's a fabulous large screen and very good audio.
Superb comfortable seating with a choice of screens, excellent service and the opportunity to enjoy a drink in a proper glass 🍷 whilst watching some of the latest movies! 😀

Cosy, friendly, within easy reach. Lacks the sound system of a bigger venue, but good enough most of the time. Staff care about film, which makes a big difference.
Lovely old fashioned family run cinema with a very warm and cosy atmosphere
We use this cinema as a family and find the staff very helpful and polite. The films are all current and if you use the simple online booking system you can always see what you want to. The cost of the refreshments are no where near as high as the bigger corporate cinemas in the area. It is a very pleasant way to see the current blockbusters. i would highly recommend.
