Took our King Charles Cavalier Max here to get his fur cut and nails trimmed and he looks fantastic and smells amazing, he wasn't nervous at all and was made very comfortable. Came out with a cute little bow and a little bag of treats which is a great touch on the service. Would definitely recommend be returning very soon thank you!��

Took my Springer Grace to see Kim for the first time today for a trim. Kim was very friendly and welcoming and I felt at ease leaving Grace with her. Grace was very relaxed when I when to collect her and was told by Kim that she received lots of kisses from Grace! (She can be picky who she gives kisses too �). The groom was lovely, and Grace looked and smelt very pretty. Would certainly recommend Kim, she was lovely!

Today was Buddy's first time and he came back smelling gorgeous. Thank you so much you did a brilliant job and will definitely be back! X

Our 7 month old puppy Jasmine had her first pamper session this evening with Kim. We are delighted with the cut that Kim gave her, so neat and even better that I'd imaged. Jasmine was so happy, relaxed and calm when we collect her, we knew she had been spoilt rotten with cuddles and hugs. Would highly recommend and will be returning in 6 weeks. Thank you Kim. Milo my black cockapoo had his first groom after a few bad experiences with not having his hair cut how I wanted, being shaved and also being let down. I have to say Kim did a fantastic job listened to how I wanted his fur cut did exactly what I wanted but more than that you could actually see she really cared about the dogs she was grooming and gave milo lots of love reassurance and cuddles. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Kim to anyone and we both can’t wait to see Kim again in 6 weeks. Xxx

Kim did an amazing job with Betsy’s first groom with her today. She’s had a couple of bad experiences with other groomers so I was a bit apprehensive but I needn’t have been. Kim made us feel so at ease and I knew Betsy would be in safe hands. She now smells and looks divine, we’ll definitely be going back soon x

I've just got home from picking my Trix and I had to write on here and say how thankful I am. I was a nervous mummy (as it was Trixie's first groom) and u reassured me from start to finish.

I've brought my baby home and she is so fluffy and gorgeous am giving her a good old rub down now and no hair is flying of in my mouth and her paws. .. omg it's so quiet I couldn't even tell she was behind me. Am so use to clip clip...honestly I can not thank u enough - I'd give u 10 �'s if I could �

I put off professional grooming as I know so many have bad experiences. But my pups first time today and he's very happy and not at all phased by the experience. And he looks super handsome too! Thanks Kim look forward to his next visit x

Had Tilly groomed today what a brill job has been done. Tilly was collected from my house and brought back looking like another dog. I would highly recommend anybody to take their dog to be groomed here. Best way to sum it up is

First time for my Bella today with Kim and I’m over the moon with the result. After having bad experiences with previous groomers Kim was lovely so patient and understanding and she did exactly what I wanted with Bellas groom. The service was fantastic.
