We work on appointments only diary so that we can make sure your dog does not mix with others and we can give the best possible care, the shampoos and conditioners that we use are all Pet Head, over the years I've tried all the cheaper grooming shampoos and I can honestly say I would never use any on my own dogs so I would not use them on yours (lets face it our dogs are our babies! ) for that reason the shampoos that we use cost on average on 6 times more than the standard grooming shampoos.
Every dog that comes to us for bathing or grooming services receives nails trimmed included in the price (no hidden extra) we like to work with every one of our customers so we can get your dog into the style that you like and can easily maintain.
We also welcome the naughty dogs and stressed dogs (all that we ask is that you let us know in advance if you think your dog may be a little stressed or naughty so we can make sure we are prepared)
Our bathing area has been designed to have two sections, we have a raised bath and drying area for the smaller dogs and a low step in area for the larger dogs (so that even the OAP`s can easily manage to step in)
Our grooming area has been designed with hydraulic tables that almost drop down to floor level so that the larger dogs and dogs with medical conditions such as arthritis don't have to be lifted and can easily step on (reducing stress in the salon)
Customers are more than welcome to wait but all we ask is that you please don't disturb your dog during grooming as this can only make them become stressed (they want to get to mummy /daddy not be sat with us! )

All products that we sell have been tested on Leo, Ellie and Kara (my very own guinea pigs) my guys test everything so that we can give you our opinion and only sell stock we can honestly recommend.
Our personal opinion is that we would rather have to sell a lot of products at a below RRP than rip people off. Meaning all stock we sell is below the RRP
Products that we stock are shampoos & conditioners, jumpers, feeding & water bowls, collars & leads, natural dog treats, brushers & combs, dog toys, health & maintenance products, pet beds, plus many more items : )

Just a reminder as to why we have to charge for last moment cancellations and people not showing up 😞 as we work on appointments we always have a cancellation list.
This week (10:10am on Wednesday morning) we’ve had to turn away or pop on the cancellation list over 26 customers wanting to get in before Easter weekend.
We’ve already had 13 people not show up to appointments or cancel 10 minutes before. That doesn’t leave us enough time to fill that space ultimately meaning w...e’re stood around having to pay wages and running cost and not actually making money.
Customers who repeatedly miss appointments or cancel last moment will be in future required to pay non refundable deposit.

Just a quick update to say we’re back open 😁 we don’t have a card machine at the moment tho 🙈
We finally have some good news 😊😊 (also some bad) but mainly good! We are going to have to be closed for the rest of the week... with all our equipment being specialised we just physically can’t get it replaced in time (I’ve even cried on the phone to suppliers begging 🤣) On the plus side it’s giving me some time to get the place sorted out and the roof and flooring repaired so I’m hoping we only look like a building site for a few weeks.
We will be back open from Monday 😊 ...so please please bare with me while I get all our equipment sorted and I promise I’ll be back in contact with everyone from Friday. We’re going to be opening up longer hours next week so can get everyone in 😘

😳 feel like I’m only posting bad things at the moment 🙈 We now have electric & water 😊 But we have absolutely no equipment (until hopefully tomorrow) which means we can’t open tomorrow as planned 😭 so crossing everything we can be back in Thursday.
I’m sorry for not replying to calls, texts & messages. I’ve literally been non stop for two days trying to get the place back open and If I answered every call and replied to all messages I wouldn’t be getting anything done from my end 😭 I’m really not being ignorant and understand how annoyed people are but I’m trying my best and once I get time I will reply to everyone.
UPDATE: We’ve still got no water or electric (or any working equipment) so unfortunately we will have to be closed tomorrow.
We’re working really hard and aiming to get the basics in place to reopen this Wednesday.
... Please can anyone who has had appointments today or tomorrow drop me a private message and I’ll get back to you as soon as I know what’s going on and book you back in ASAP.
