Find myself going here all the time and I'm no WAG or wanabe....

The music and cocktails are always great. Door staff always do what they are supposed to and protect everyone inside. Bar staff are quick and polite!!!!

Loved the decor and interior styling. Sadly it was quiet on a Saturday afternoon and the price of drinks were prohibitive.

We would have liked to stay longer but 35 pounds for 4 drinks!

Visited this place on expectation but can only say it was a disappointment

The only thing I can say was pleasant about the place was the doorman as he was welcoming & polite in entry & also wished us a nice Christmas when left, nice guy

We found a table ourselves as weren't shown to 1, walked past several staff with no acknowledgement or friendly faces

Found a table, had to ask for a drinks menu

No conversation or acknowledgement still

Ordered drinks, were okay slightly overpriced for an average gin & tonic

Waiter then approached & chatted with us about loyalty card, issued 1 to us to complete

Also gave bill halfway through drink .... so we paid before had finished

Waiter came back & said they needed table now for another booking - there was no reserved sign on this table, other guests were around us who we couldn't see they'd been told same thing & I still had third of drink left

The place wasn't busy either

Needless to say we left when drinks were finished - I had paid for the privilege halfway down my drink

Disappointment & won't be returning

last night I got overcharged, I complained and paid for what I had ordered and was then told to leave absolute disgraceful bar full of horrible bar men

Mates coat was stolen from cloak room by staff caught on CCTV they admitted it and told her itŌĆÖs not there problem never even said sorry!!

I had made a reservation through a conversation and been put on guestlist. The bouncer looked at me and had the audacity to say it's the best bar in town and I don't see your name on the list. I just wanted to have a good night. It's not the best bar in town. With the rudeness of the staff it won't go far. Profiling me and my guests as "not good enough" you don't even get paid enough for that bouncer! Just had to say it's a racists bar! Never again!!

I don't normally do a review of a place but this I couldn't ignore not ranting about!! If I had to rate the place, I would seriously wouldn't even consider putting 1 star next to it! I am DISGUSTED with the service they have!



So me and my girls are from Liverpool, and were down in central Manchester for the weekend. Bare in mind this is my first night out in Manchester. Obviously the nightlife scene ain't one to miss so we looked online to see some suggestions for clubs and this came up.



So we messaged them online saying we were out of town and we were all girls. They responded politely and put our names on the guest list. When it came to actually coming to the club we were stopped and asked for names for guest list which we gave.



Only for a staff member who was on the door, I don't know if he was the manger or some form of host but obviously he had the say of who came in and who didn't.



Obviously we didn't reach the "standard" of the majority of girls we watched walk in without being asked if they were on guest list, which really made me and the girls feel so confident about ourselves making all the effort to look pretty, as young girls already we are quite negative about our looks because of media standards.



When we got told we weren't on g-list, we replied that we have the messages but the staff member on the door wasn't even interested in looking in them, which replied by quote "this happens all the time" ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐ Į’┐Į



I'm sorry what! How is this even a response? I already work for nightclubs and know how some communication is at lack sometimes but this is just next level appalling.



Obviously I don't want to think that it's because we are from Liverpool and not size 0s but this has left to me to think that this club is nothing but filled with values of being racist and hold stereotypical judgments on every client.



They didn't even have the audacity to recommend any other places to go to or to help us any other way.



So far this is the worst club in Manchester for anyone from out of town

Got put on the guest list with me and my friend over a week ago for this Saturday just gone .. so we got there qued up as we got to the front we got told we wasn't on the guest list and we had to leave. We even had the message to show and he didn't want to know he was so rude to two young girls! Also let two girls infront of us go in and they wasn't even on the guest list and had never been before! He couldn't give us a reason as to why he wasn't letting us in just kept saying leave now! Will never attempt to go again what a waist of time getting on the guest list was ! Think the bouncers want to just pick and choose who they let in weather there on the guest list or not. Snobs

Disgrace ! Dident get let in cos had a fite outside that weren't even my fault ’┐Į not my fault if I'm in fite ! Then bouncers had cheek too say I wouldent be allowed in anywase cos of me tracksuit I had on ’┐Įwill not be bakc p*zztake !

Completely disappointed, a venue full of wannabe WAGS and arrogant staff. Over full with capacity and toilets an absolute disgrace. I'm shocked with the service I've received and won't be recommending.
