Pandora

Very poor customer service. None of the 4 ladies serving acknowledged waiting customers. I approached a cashier as I could see she was about to complete her transaction, to be told there was a queue and someone would come to me when they were free. I returned to my original position at the beginning of the queue and the same cashier came to talk to a gentleman behind me in the queue ... I pointed out that I had been in the queue and she didn't want to take my word for this, thankfully the gentlemen confirmed I had been in front of him and she reluctantly ushered me over to her til point, whilst mumbling to herself and proceeding to put unpurchased items back in a cabinet. Ok, so I wasn't in there for £100+ transaction, nor am I likely to in future, but unfortunately I have 2 teenagers in my life who are Pandora fans - online shopping is the way forward or finding a nicer store!

after Christmas I unfortunately had to return a charm as it was a duplicate to one already had. As you probably are aware, Milton Keynes is a very busy store, especially in the New Year due to various sales etc. I approached the store an waiting in the queue which I'd like to add was more than 20 people long and was getting increasing longer. After a long wait I approached the front of the queue and was approached by a girl how started dealing with my transaction. I was then informed that due to my inability to produce a receipt I was unable to redeem the full price of the charm as it had gone down in price due to the sale. This i promptly agreed to and requested to see the charms within my price range. The employee then took me over to the sale charms and said to me ' If you just look at them and point to which ones you want and i'll tell you the price.' this I began to do however because I did not know the prices of the charms I was unable to know which charms I wanted to buy, I then turned to the employee and politely asked her to tell me which charms where £15 and she then looked at me and said in a rather irritated tone, 'Um just tell me which one you like and I'll tell you how much they are.' it was from then i could see that this transaction wasn't going to be easy, and the attitude the girl held was extremely standoffish and left me feeling very awkward, I then made the attempt to look over the employee's shoulder so i was able to look in the book as there was a whole page of £15 charms which i could easily scan through and pick. The girl then proceeded to move away from me and shield the book from my view, which then forced me to repeat myself, in asking which charms were £15 She then promptly started to become sarcastic, she said after huffing, 'um, we have an owl?' despite her effort I knew she had given up with the so called 'satisfactory customer experience.' this was because I had already explained to her what kind of thing i was looking for, after 40 minutes of back and fourth conversation i was forced to settle for a random charm which I all in all didn't really want but it seemed better than the initial challenge, as I would've though working a shift on a busy day like that it she would've wished for a smooth transaction as the shop was getting very crowded. I exchanged the charm and promptly left.

would give then 0 stars if i could! absolutely rubbish customer service! sent me away to to go the store a charm was origginally purchased to exchange as the manager was too lazy to deal with herself untill i called the manager at the other store who it was originally purchased from and then they had to do it! as u CAN exchange within 14 days! manager was rude and couldnt crack a smile! should go back into training to give better customer service! not going back there again!
