Absolutely amazing. I didn't get the ladies name who served me but she was brilliant. I went in after my leather Pandora bracelet broke and she replaced it without any drama, she was very friendly and made a fuss of my little one too. Great service, would definitely recommend

Friendly helpful staff

A very smart minimalist shop and well turned out staff but I can't understand why the items on display in the cabinets are marked as from £££.
Why not just be up front and price the items individually.
The store was busy, we were just waiting to ask a price and gave up after about fifteen minutes and walked out.
It's just a waste of the staffs and customers time if the're just inquiring about a price, i could see other customers waiting and getting fed up.
It's not the staffs fault as they were all dealing with customers, the finger must surely point to the marketing department and management strategy.
