Pandora Blackpool

Very poor experience with the store yesterday after trying to exchange in my opinion a faulty clip the manager Rebecca was rude and unhelpful and basically told me to take my Pandora stuff back to the store I bought it from this is not Pandora policy. I went to the Lancaster store they were excellent so I will be avoiding Blackpool store and taking my custom to Lancaster along with family and friends.
