Pandora Chelmsford

I visited the store with my wife and daughter, and all I can say is that they far too many people employed who would rather talk or stand around with chocolate than serve customers. I'm guessing that as we weren't dressed up to the nines that they assumed that they wouldn't bother to waste their time on us. Big big mistake they obviously have forgotten lessons that can be learnt from cheesy Hollywood films that you can't judge a book by its cover.
I waste more money on tech I don't need than half the people that were in there were going to spend, and the ones they were fawning over ended up leaving without spending a penny. My wife bought what she needed to as a Christmas present for someone else, but I don't care if my daughter or wife ever want something from there I would rather travel a hundred miles and pay half as much again than ever set foot back in that store.

Very dissapointed with the staff at Pandora shop Chelmsford. I asked staff to provide me with a bigger braclet than the 1 I had with me as it was to small... The staff totaly ignored what I asked for & tried to sell me a more expensive 1, I asked several time to make sure the braclet was 2 sizes bigger as it would cause disapointment on Christmas day.... The staff then wrapped the items I bought & assured me everything was correct... Only to give this gift to my partner Christmas morning to see it was the exact same size as the 1 she had already, this is totally unacceptable I'm my opinion & this really spoilt our Christmas morning, this go to show that Pandora are not fully training there staff or the staff are just not listening to the customers wishes. I have send an email to head office so I wonder what there excuse will be? No excuses will make up for spoiling my family's Christmas morning, I WILL BE VISITING THE PANDORA SHOP THIS MORNING to take this up with the management I'm fuming. I WILL NOT BE GOING TO THIS PANDORA SHOP IM THE NEAR FUTURE TO MAKE ANY KIND OF PURCHASE!!!

If you shop here please check everything before you leave & DO NOT TAKE THERE WORD FOR IT !!!
