Today I went into this store to ask for advice about my safety chain as it keeps on twisting. She said there had been a few problems with the one I had so offered me an alternative at an extra £5. Then she noticed that the catch was loose and doesn't really stay fastened. I told her that's why I needed a safety chain cause I did try and return it to the metro centre store but didn't have my receipt. Thank you very much to Ange for changing my bracelet and sorting my chain out for me. Excellent customer service. I'll only shop in this store from now on.

I went Into the Newcastle branch for the first time and was greeted by a lovely young man called joe. He showed me around a few of the displays and was very helpful, patient and friendly. He told me about the £99 bracelet and 2 charm deal. He advised me to get one of the safety chains too for safety. I am thrilled with my new jewellery and the service I was provided. I will definitely be returning!

I bought 3 rings from Pandora online but one of them didn't fit quite right, I went into this store and Aneta I think served me. She was really lovely and very helpful and replaced the ring for the right size. Cannot fault the service in this store. :-D
