Pandora Peterborough

Experience in Pandora yesterday was awful. Seems they are not interested if you want to return faulty items. The guy there was most unhelpful wanted to try two different sizes, their system said they had them but without going into too much detail he couldn't find them in the draw so that was it. Told us they don't order in which they do in other stores. If only he realised how much money as a family we spend at Pandora. If you want good service and helpful.staff go to kings lynn.

Bought a ring just under a year ago from Kings Lynn and about 2 weeks ago the stone in it became loose. I figured this would come under my 2 year warranty so I took it to Peterborough Pandora to exchange it as I was heading out that way (it is not my local store). I spoke to the manager (unsure of her name) when I got there and showed her the ring. She told me that it must of been through fault of my own through wearing it too much or water getting under the stone. I wear this ring out for special occasions only as it is very big and always remove ALL of my rings when washing my hands. She then told me it would cost £5 to send away to repair or that I could exchange it for a different product. The original cost of the ring was £99, which it said on my receipt, however she told me that the ring was defiantly in the sale now so I could only exchange it for the price it is now (though she didn't give me an exact price). She told me that there are no more of the ring left in stock as they were very popular in the sale. I left the shop disappointed and decided I would try at Kings Lynn. When I asked there they told me that it must be a manufacturing fault and that they would simply swap it for a new one. They also told me that Pandora do NOT charge to repair and that the ring definitely WASNT in the sale. Overall very disappointed that the woman lied and was very rude when speaking to her! Especially as a manager!!
