Large amounts of jewellery on display and helpful staff. Near Christmas time the queues are out of the door and down the street.

I was really concerned about how the bracelet should sit on my wrist, worried it was abit too big after my boyfriend gifted it to me for Christmas.
I went in and spoke to Amy, who was so helpful and explained how the bracelet should fit and she really put my mind at rest, they're not cheap so just wanted to make sure what I had was right.
Lovely atmosphere. Lovely staff.
