We were passing through Carlisle and found a great chippy,food was spot on and the staff were brilliant. It’s a long way from Harrogate but worth the trip �

Tastiest fish and chips in Carlisle and all their other food are great too. Absolutely love their new halloumi chips with chilli sauce. Just amazing.

Such a treat to be able to eat fish and chips, lovely gluten free haddock and excellent tasty chips. The normal battered fish looked excellent also. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Love coming here for my tea! The staff are really friendly, & brill idea they do slimming world meals!! I had the chicken curry tonight it was very nice. I'm gonna try another at the weekend. My little boy had the chicken bites (I pinched 1!) lovely! Definitely recommend

I've had gluten free battered fish twice, and it was divine, I also had a pot of gluten free onion gravy and OMG it was fabulous

Great party providers for my daughters 3rd birthday party. Delicious pizza, chips and chicken nuggets. Would definitely recommend it.

After a lovely day fell walking what better way to finish than with fish and chips from Carlisle's best chip shop. Excellent service, a warm welcome and perfect fish. X

Called in tonight for the kids tea was dreading is as am dieting then discovered the slimming menu got Italian chicken was absolutely delicious will definitely be back

ordered & was charged for chips, cheese & onion gravy, (which is ridiculously priced as it is for a bit of watery bisto) got home to find i was given about 10 half cooked chips with a bit of cheese on, no gravy in sight & since i live on the other side of town i couldn't even come back!

never have chips ready, whether first in the queue or behind others, told twenty minutes for chips, when has it EVER taken that long to cook chips, questioned the staff and was told, if you don't like it, you know where the door is

Worst chippy I've had in years when my food was getting put in the try I could see the chips an I said to the girl them chips look like there yesterday's chips she said there fresh in today wen I got home an got into my food the chips were like rubber an realy dry my pie was burnt an the stake was hard will never be back hear again
