I would just like to say that after being in culinary school for almost two years, being a chef for 3 years and because I actually have an ounce of common sense it's clear to see that the "cigarette butt" in the picture is not a cigarette butt

at all and is clearly a mushroom stem.

I have been a customer of Papa Gino's for several years now and not once have I been truly disappointed to leave a negative review.

I understand food may not sometimes be scorching but it has never arrived frozen or inedible.

It's such a shame that one persons bad experience (however believable) can tarnish such a good takeaways reputation. A cig butt? Really? That doesn't happen. Papa Gino's is one of the most cleanest and hygienic take aways in Barnsley, I struggle to believe a cigarette butt was purposely placed in somebody's pizza by a member of their staff.

For all of you leaving 1 star reviews just because of a Facebook post then shame on you.

This is a family run business that serves the best pizza in town and I hate the fact that it will be judged on one incident.

Anyway 5 stars for a 5 star takeaway. Cheers guys the food is always fantastic

Amazing customer service, always making conversation while you wait. They are very polite people. I can't fault them. Their food is incredible and all freshly prepared, I never order from anywhere else and don't plan to any time soon. don't believe the lies you hear. Make your OWN reviews!

Always fantastic food and excellent service, never had a problem with anything from them, people should know better than to listen to social media gossip. People who's been going there will know that. Don't let one negative comment put ya down guys. You'll always do fantastic :)

ordered at 8:31 got it at 10 absolutely clap cold will never order from them a fucking again

It is about time papa ginos got nice delivery drivers not rude ones.

Hi we have just returned an on order that we didnt even order. I phoned papa ginos to tell them that it was delivered to wrong address and to come and collect oand take it to right address. We called to say it was wrong address out of kindness we didnt have to do that. And yet when the driver came for it he was nothing but rude, he didnt say say sorry or thank you just shook his head sarcastically and snatched it off us. We originally thought my brother ordered it but didn't. Thats what you get for being kind, we didnt have to do it

Food was alright but didn't appreciate the delivery driver trying to over charge me by 3 quid on my online order. Tell your driver when I place a order it tells me the price. Coming to my door asking 20 quid for a burger and kebab takes the piss

Food is usually nice, but waited 2 hours for it to be delivered. It came and it was cold! I rang back and excuse was it was kept in a warm bag and they have been busy cos it's Saturday night. Women on phone was rude. And they said they can't do anything about it. Won't be going there again.

Asked for plain chips and they confirmed it however got home and has seasoning on them....
