Papa John'S Pizza (Permanently Closed)

Luke warm pizza, the edges were actually soggy. Ham tasted really bland, mushrooms were like rubber. Looks like the place is closed down now sadly, as when you drive past, the green metal shutters are down all the time, night and day. Sad, as I had heard that Papa John's had a good reputation.

Staying in Bridlington for a couple of nights and it raining so my friend suggests ordering a pizza. Let's have a papa Johns she says I've had them back home and they are really nice. I've never had one before and after tonight's I'll never have one again. It was warm not hot, it was very dry the vegetables looked like they had been sat under a heat lamp and had the life sucked out of them. It deffentley wasn't the best looking pizza I've seen, and it didn't taste great either. We both thought can we be bothered in phoning up complaining having an argument to then wait for another one. So we ate some and the rest went in the bin. Sorry Papa johns you had your chance off me.

Have ordered several times and always been promptly delivered and food hot. This week however, we placed the order and food did not arrive. An hour later we phoned the shop - was told it was on the way and there was a FREE drink included. We expected the food within the next 10 mins as we are no more than 10 mins away. Food arrived 20 mins later - - some 1 hour 20 mins after the order was place. luke warm starter and cold pizza by the time we got to eat them. Complained on line and told 'we should have returned our food to the store' so cant do anything. If we had done this - we would have been even longer without food! #POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

When Papa John's first opened, I was passing by when attracted to a poster, offering a great deal on a Pizza. So I went into the store to order the pizza. Another member of staff came over to the counter whist I was asking for the pizza. However, I was tried to be talked into a larger more expensive pizza. When I asked what the cheapest was, they didn't even mention the one advertised on the window. So this put me off and I will never return. Very poor customer service, and was simply trying to get more money out of me.
