Paradigm Artist Management Limited is a successful Artist Management and Talent Agency located in London. We represent new and fresh talent that meets the needs of our clients in many different industries. Our files currently include talent from all over the globe but predominantly from the United Kingdom and the United States of America.


Collectively, the founders of PAM have over 28 years of experience in the entertainment industry. We are experienced on an international level in the areas of talent contracts and negotiating, casting, teaching, public relations, and developing talent.

We work closely with Studios, Producers, Directors and Casting Agents, locally and abroad, and are committed to establishing relationships for our artists in the European Union and the United States. In addition, we help prepare our artists to take advantage of the opportunities they are offered.

The owners and staff of PAM believe that our success lies in the relationships with our artists. For this reason we are dedicated to working as a team to continue to grow collectively and individually within the industry.
