Tony Mixides is a very enthusiastic agent and his interest in our property was impressive. He clearly enjoys his work and is very good at it. When accompanying prospective buyers he furnished them with the correct information about the house which he clearly had at his fingertips. As I work from home I could overhear the conversations he had with them and he had evidently done his homework about our house. A most impressive young man! Robert was also a big help getting the transaction through!

Great team at Paramount Properties! I dealt with Chloe Martin who is an amazing professional, very responsive, attentive and always coming up with solutions, ideas and recommendations. It was a pleasure to work with her and the team, they have streamlined their processes internally and as a tenant my experience was seamless. Nothing to worry about and they did provide me with updates and information was always readily available. I can't recommend them enough!

Dexter and Jason have been amazing! We found a flat with their assistance, which we are so happy in. Dexter was available at all hours to answer my numerous questions, I'm new to renting/London so I had lots of queries that were answer quickly.
Dexter would text me, which works much better for me as my work hours are long and erratic.
They have been very useful throughout the short process and even got a bed out of storage for me!
I would recommend, I have found other estate agents to be far less willing/concerned to help.

Both Dexter and Jason at Paramount Properties were very helpful during the whole process of moving and sorting out the paper work. They moved very fast and sorted out the whole situation in such a great professional manner that it is quite remarkable. We have all experienced difficulties in the past when dealing with property agencies but Paramount Properties has been extremely supportive to us since the time we started dealing with them. We just completed on our Willesden Green flat on Friday having had an absolutely amazing experience with Ollie Gorman from Paramount Properties. Ollie was the first agent we met and was so friendly and professional from the start. We saw what felt like hundreds of properties, and he was so patient, helpful, knowledgeable and supportive from start to finish. I'm sure it was partly luck but having heard from so many people how stressful a property purchase is we really did not find that at all! Nothing was too much trouble and he got back to us within minutes every time we needed something. We had a fairly ambitious timeline to try and stick to which we were a little nervous about making, but Ollie really pushed from every direction to ensure it happened, and succeeded with a couple of days to spare! We could not be happier with the service provided and cannot speak highly enough of Ollie, who just made the entire process (almost) totally stress free. Fantastic service from Paramount. We bought our flat through Robert at Paramount, and then sold it through Oliver at the end of last year. They were both really helpful and friendly, and made the process really simple. Oliver was always available when I had a question and would get back to me straight away. I would definitely use Paramount again.
