Stayed for 2 nights and had a fantastic time. First camp site I've been on that lets you have camp fires.
Facilities were clean and tidy well kept,
Loads to do for the kids,
Will definitely come back.

What a great site, so big that it's not prescriptive about where you have to go. Great facilities, great location, and you can have a proper camp fire. Will be back nd telling my friends about it!

This was our first visit, recommended by a frequent camper friend, we loved it, very relaxing, excellent play park we didn't see our children except for drinks and food!!! Loved that you can have a camp fire, and you can choose where you want to go and pitch and the size you want, we went with friends 5 adults and 5 children so our pitch size was large and nobody complained there is enough space around the site for everyone, we pitched near the maize maze, which did attract some people in the night who were a little noisy around 11.45pm but teenagers will be teenagers. Toilets clean and plenty of hot water, excellent rubbish collection on morning with the tractor he came round 3 times. Will definitely be returning more to this campsite. We have recently converted a transit into a camper, and is very difficult to find camp sites that allow us on, without all the rules and regulations of "NO COMMERCIAL VECHICLES' this is another reason this place is fantastic, even people with conversions can enjoy camping life. Staff very friendly., and great shop with stocked items. The hot food/coffee shop was not open this particular Saturday, but there was a sign explaining why. So all in all for relaxed friendly camping, great space, this is the place THANKYOU.

Camped here as a first time camper two months ago, it was one of the most horrid storms also that weekend, and It was an incredibly busy weekend for the site and the toilets were used to the max, however the staff kept on top of what other sites would have left. The toilets and showers and other facilities were spotless. Lots of areas for the kids to play and further entertainment in local towns is plentiful. All the staff were helpful and looking after the needs of all the campers. I enjoyed the site, and I will entrust my next booking, which I am doing now with them.
Well done all.!!

Camping how it should be! Loved it here.
It was nice to hear other people, and not that awkward silence at most campsites. Really good to be allowed a campfire and was cool that they went round and sold us the wood. Helpful collection in the morning of rubbish with the tractor :) . I can't wait to come back here with some friends. Toilet facilities and washing up was fine (very hot water). :) Will definitely be one to return to.

its a relaxed camping site. and aloud to make fire which is great. could do with cutting the grass so our feet not soaking wet, especially later on in the year and some sort of wasp traps be great in the summer i.e half term. Always at least one group that's very loud, having a rave to and sometimes past midnight, BUT we would go again. :)

If you are looking for a cheap, short stay or an emergency stop gap, then look no further.

This could be a fabulous site for one and all but with the lack of cleanliness in the toilet block, the lack of care given by staff, the music till 3 am with no one checking the site and dead tree branches, some nearly 20 feet long, over hanging tents and caravans just waiting to seriously hurt someone, this site falls very short of the mark.

You are permitted to have open fires and a van comes and sells you seasoned wood. Unfortunately everyone and I mean everyone, seems to think this is a great idea. If you get lost in the wilderness you just follow the smoke home.
By the way, your tent and anything else you bring will smell like a bonfire for some time to come even if you don't have a fire.

For the best results here, camp in the middle of the fields not near the edge (you will live longer) and stay here when the kids are back at school. Off season, as it were.
You get what you pay for, this place should be ┬Ż5 a night and not ┬Ż9.

Great play area for the children and the small river running along side the camp seem to attract some of the braver campers.

Visit the Castle, a bit of a must and the Inn opposite it. And roam the country side. It is quite beautiful here.

I wasn't sure what to expect after reading the other reviews but I was pleasantly surprised - staff were friendly, there was plenty of space for my tent and for the dog to run around in and everything was clean. Admittedly, there was no hot water by the time I got myself into the shower but that's my fault for getting up late! At ┬Ż12 for me and the dog I'd say Park Farm is great value for money.

Can't wait to go back!!

One of this things I love about this campsite is its simplicity, it's gorgeous location and it's unspoilt views. I took the whole family including the dog. It's pay person and the dog was a few pounds extra which for us works brilliantly as we are a large family that had 3 tents and a gazebo.
We had a beautiful spot in the far corner of the wheat field. We has lucky enough to watch the combine havester working and cutting the wheat from the fields right in front of us. The kids thought it was amazing.
Nice facilities, showers and toilets where always clean. Made a fire every night.
Just what I needed! We all had a amazing time! Even the dog did to. :-)
