We currently have an opportunity for a receptionist to join our team on a full time basis.
Ideally with some experience in hospitality or hotel reception, although full training will be given. The successful candidate should be friendly, reliable, able to work in a team and using their own initiative.
Shift pattern is a mixture of early (7am - 3pm) and late (3pm - 11pm) shifts. Does include weekend work.

A great place to escape from the daily grind where you can relax unwind and enjoy quality time together. As we turned off the main road into the impressive tree lined driveway we knew this was going to be a fabulous break. Well cared for grounds with plenty of parking. The hotel reception staf...f were extremely polite and welcoming. Checking in was swift and hassle free. Our room was simple WOW we had what is described as a boutique suite it was amazing. Such a large room with a lovely feel of calm. As it was my birthday there were some balloons in the room and chocolates I believe the chocolate is a standard treat not just because it was my birthday. There was a massive bed, amazing double spa bath, twin showers & sink, flat screen TV and very comfortable armchairs next to a cosy wall mounted flame effect electric fire. If your looking to bring some of your own treats of the alcoholic kind there is a very generous size fridge with ample space to cool more than one bottle of fizz.... If bringing your own is not your bag then the bar offers a great place to enjoy a tipple or two. The toiletries were great quality and plentiful so no compromise on bath bubbles. There was plenty of storage space in the ample wardrobes. Tea, coffee facilities etc. The room was very clean and great views over the grounds. The spa facilities were an oasis of calm with ample sized sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and swimming pool. If you wanted to simply relax there were comfortable loungers to relax on. Water was provided in jugs to keep you hydrated. Towels were available when you checked into the spa. If you needed a locker donŌĆÖt forget your ┬Ż1 coin. Nearly forgot lovely white bath robes and slippers were provided for you in your room. We didnŌĆÖt use the restaurant for an evening meal using it for breakfast only. Beautiful well laid out restaurant with fresh daffodils on each table was a lovely touch contrasting with the crisp white tablecloth. The staff were again very attentive and made us feel very welcome nothing was too much trouble. Plenty to choose from if you wanted either continental or traditional breakfast. The food was very tasty and depending on your menu choices was cooked to order. Would we stay here again? Most definitely it was fabulous and only a short drive to the city of Norwich.
