We came for a birthday surprise for my wife and can honestly say everything and everyone was first class. The room, spa and meals were all fabulous. I cant thank the staff enough for making it a special time for my wife. It's not often that my wife gets emotional but she shed tears of joy for being totally overwhelmed. Enough said! Very good value for money also. If you're thinking of booking then do it. Unless you are never pleased you will love it!

We thought the hotel would be high quality but our experience was even better than we were expecting. A fantastic start was being told when checking in that we had been upgraded to a newly refurbished suite. The Beech suite was very impressive, beautifully decorated and had an extremely comfortable super king size bed, jacuzzi bath and an extra living area with a hugh TV. The suite was extremely spacious and comfortable.

A cold bottle of fizz and some luxury chocolate was a very nice welcome.

Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant were both very high quality, with a good varied choice.

All the staff we encountered were very helpful, pleasant and attentive without being too intrusive.

We made use of the spa facilities (apart from the pool) and enjoyed a relaxing, unhurried experience.

Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable, very high standard experience.

I stayed with my daughter and we had a lovely 3 nights sleep in a spacious room with a large comfortable bed. There was a good selection for breakfast as self-service or via the menu, though i would have liked a larger range of pastries and to have seen waffles or pancakes on the menu. I was pleased to be able to order a non-dairy latte with a choice of almond or soya milk. We ate in the bar a couple of evenings, the food was very good, and the service attentive and friendly. The pool /spa area is a good size, and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel and was looked after well by their lovely staff. We will be back!

From the moment I arrived it was clear that this was a quality establishment. Everything was spotlessly clean and the staff were incredibly polite, friendly and efficient. The leisure facilities were great with a lovely warm pool and a relaxed atmosphere. Dinner and breakfast was exemplary with attentive staff focused on delivering excellent service. Wouldn't hesitate to stay at Park Farm again. Thanks to all the team for a great stay.

The staff were really friendly throughout the hotel. We were so impressed with the room and all the facilities. The swimming pool area was beautifully lit and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and had the perfect selection of food in my opinion.

We had heard in advance that people are disturbed by Saturday night wedding receptions. There was a wedding on but we wouldn't have known unless we had been told about it; no noise in our room whatsoever.

I was up in Norwich on business for a couple of days. I had a very nice room, with very comfy bed (slept like a log) and great bathroom. The staff were very friendly. I'd recommend Park Farm to anyone who wants a good comfortable stay when away from home.

Nicely located hotel where i had booked 2 executive rooms for 2 nights as a treat for my mum. The rooms were similarly decorated; spacious rooms with lovely big modern bathrooms, one on the ground floor the other on the first. I would say bedroom decor was more 3* than 4*. Main niggles: Only 1 room had the complimentary robe and slippers and the patio set to go with the ground floor room didn't arrive until the second day. There were also 3 brief power cuts lasting a few seconds during our stay, one which woke me up at 7am!

Breakfasts were amazing and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.

The spa consisting of pool, Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna was just lovely and it was quiet particularly after 6pm.

I had booked 2 treatments for my mother; the intense muscle massage was mediocre and disappointing and didnt focus on my mothers arthritic areas at all so not very helpful but she raved about the age defying facial and the lovely therapist who also massaged her legs as this was missed out by the previous masseuse.

Nice bar and good choice of menu. Relaxed atmosphere.

Staff in all areas were really lovely and helpful which made the trip more memorable.

Great hotel situated in Norfolk countryside, yet only 10mins from city centre. Hotel very clean, excellent food both breakfast and including dinner. Rooms comfy. Excellent gym facilities especially for a hotel. Reception very accommodating and happy to help. I would definitely stay again - thank you.

Arrived at the hotel booked, good meet and greet from the receptionist showed me to my room and that's were it started to slide. Mr room was 16 a small bungalow converted into 2 rooms, on the face of it quirky but disappointed once i entered the room small television, soggy bed and a shower that dribbled out water. My evening meal was a let down i ate in the bar area, service was very poor!!!! i was showed to my table and that was it, i waited for someone to take my order but they just didn't want to come so i asked someone they said they would send someone over still no-one came. I ordered at the bar food was delivered pretty quickly and was good my plate was collected and asked if i was to order a pudding i said yes and waited for 15 minuted for a menu no one came again, so paid at the bar and left!!!! checkout was good
