We love this place! Friendly, courteous, staff. Beautiful, comfortable rooms, close to great restaurants, Paddington Station, Hyde Park, etc. I would Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again and again �

Warm staff , exceptional service level, always happy to care for guest to ensure comfortable stay, they ensure business travelers at easy... I Must mention about Ms. Adriona/Adriana (sorry for confusion), who is one of there best staff and with one of the most beautiful smile in London... Wish to meet again�

Lovely hotel, Made us feel very welcome and the staff couldn't of been more helpful! The room 406 was really nice and the bed soo comfy. Great place to stay, will definatley come back again next year

Hotel room is compact but has everything you would need as only sleeping in the room. Air conditioning was a life saver. Lucian, Andrea, Alrina, Aaron & Dimitri - the staff we met couldy do enough for us - very friendly and most helpful. Hotel 5 mins from walk from Paddington Station - little further to Hyde Park! Had a wonderful weekend. Thanks a million.

Had an amazing experience from start to finish! Booked for its location, greeted by friendly helpful reception staff, said we were staying for my friends birthday and was upgraded to better room free of charge, a lovely touch that was much appreciated, arrived back at the hotel at 1am was very peckish and just wanted some toast from room service they kindly obliged and brought it to the room and gave it to us as complimentary, the breakfast was delicious with loads of choices and wonderful service, also a courtesy call after we checked in to the room was also a lovely touch, an all round great stay would definitely recommend!

Great location right in Paddington and a few minutes walk from the station.



I hadn't stayed there before and didn't know what to expect but it was lovely.



Very clean, lovely staff and great breakfast.



I only booked a single room but it was fine and very good value.



Add breakfast when you get there for £10 well worth it.



Would definitely recommend it and will use it again if staying in the area.

Exzellent hotel, stayed there twice, have been treated like a very honored guest although it was only the second time there. Location is perfect, staff is friendly (from the doorman to front desk, room maid to restaurant waiters or even management), always helpful and gives you the feeling of being valued as a customer. Something you don't get everywhere these days.

The rooms are all renovated, partly small bathrooms but very efficient. And absolutely clean, everywhere, the whole hotel.

The breakfast room is not so big and can be pretty crowded, still service is great and you don't have to wait long for your tea or coffee.

Going there again this week, looking forward to it.

A fabulous experience from start to finish. Starting with a warm welcome and an available room even though we were 2 hours early! Cleanliness was A* throughout the hotel. The room was immaculate with a bed do comfortable it was hard to drag myself out of. Definitely a hotel to return to.

Possibly one of the smallest rooms we've stayed in, had to take turns to move around lol. Very clean, bed comfy & big, staff very polite & friendly, breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice, tho queuing system in place needs advertising as not much room for all guest together and some just turn up expecting to be seated while others are waiting. 5 min walk from Paddington train and tube station 20 min walk from Hyde park. Great location for any Hyde Park concerts. Price could be cheaper but it is London.

Nice hotel ,fantastic location 5mins walk from Paddington station and close to royal parks , staff friendly , room great on two floors , stairs up to the bed a little bit tricky fell down them twice , very narrow steps , bed lovely and big , bathroom a little on the small side but clean and modern. Breakfast ok not a great choice tho. Would definitely stay here again ,just need to start saving up as London is so expensive.

It's great location due to its proximity to Paddington tube station - a national & city station. The airport express drops you here. But then the surrounding area is not so great for eating place.

The rooms are small, but the staff are very friendly & helpful. On my next trip I will stay at a hotel near Lancaster Gate, my favourite place.

Had a lovely stay, staff were fantastic, especially the two doormen - Lucien (?) and Pavel. Everyone was really helpful and friendly.



Breakfast was good and lots of choice.



Although the room was on the small size, it was clean and well presented. One small gripe, the room we were in had very little storage. The cupboard that you would expect to have shelves, didn't have any.

Hotel Nice staff very nice room 007 was at the back of the hotel very dark and the view was of the generator. Also noisy, if you stay here don't have room 007 also had to pay for breakfast which we thought was in the price of the room which in my view made it expensive £149.00 for the room then £20 for breakfast for both of us, could have got another hotel same price with breakfast!! Just be aware. Ideal location for Hyde Park and knighsbridge.

Just ok. Check in a trouble, as staff ask you to sit and wait where three members of staff on the phone ( fair enough, taking new bookings maybe) one doing actual check in( 25 min wait) Room had garbage from previus guest on the floor by the bed, the breakfast that we had to pay £15.00 was... unavailable, the buffet was simply empty by 09:15...had to ask for juice...

In the elevator there was a faded laminated sticker about indian food available???

Didnt feel like a four star establishment. Location however, is great!!!

Worst hotel ever..room is so small you can't move around .Had to climb over bed go to toilet. No Iron in room and when I got one had to sit on bed to iron as no room. Horrible musty smell in room that gets worse as my room was near the kitchen and all the cooking smells find there way in.overall horrendous experience.

So booked a room for 134 pound and woman behind desk took an extra £50 out of my bank and still not get it back. Booked a double room and got two fish finger beds. shower wouldn’t get warm. The free fruit was mouldy. The breakfast that was an extra £16 was not very nice and the staff wasn’t friendly

I am sitting here it is 1:40 am, the room is incredibly hot, we want to sleep, we have two lights on in the room and no switch to turn them off. The only way to turn them off is to cut power to the entire room and then th AC tuns off and we have no power. Miserable � look elsewhere. Staff is nice, but helpless with no nightime maintenance available.
