Park Plaza County Hall London

As a family we enjoyed staying at park plaza county. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is great. It has big size rooms equipped with almost everything we need. We really liked it lot. It will be my choice in the future.

Very good location. We were given an accessible room which was a great size but unfortunately didn't have any views of London. Service at the hotel was generally very good apart from one night. We were told not to order at the bar and that the waiter would take our order. We waited 30 minutes before he took our order, upon taking the order he decided not to clear the table of empty glasses and again ignored the empty glasses after eventually giving us our drinks. When presented with the bill I was shocked to see a 15% service charge included.

Decent hotel, quite strategic location, can walk to most tourist spots. Breakfast fare standard. Room spacious enough. Pillows very thin tho. Had a weird experience where the housekeeping staff took my husband's laundry bag when it was quite obvious it was not rubbish, and that it's got stuff inside. We called housekeeping and they returned it to us. The following days our room was made up but not as neatly as before the mysterious disappearance of hubby's laundry bag. Just a bizarre incident.

Nice hotel close to lots of things to see and do in London. Suite was spacious with 2 TV's and a nice settee in the sitting room. Bathroom was clean and well equipped with both a bath and a shower. There was also a small kitchen with a microwave and coffee making facilities. The buffet breakfast in the restaurant was good and if scrambled eggs weren't to your liking other styles could be cooked to order. The only downsides were the bed was a bit too close to the door and you could hear the loud noise whenever anyone nearby closed their door and the windows didn't open.

Park Plaza County Mall London. We had a fantastic stay with them and the way they looked after us was just so lovely. Gary the concierge was so helpful & thanks to him our stay there was ever so much more enjoyable, nothing was too much effort. Agatha in the dining room was very helpful & lovely ready to get whatever we needed. Fantastic time, we would go back again in a heart beat. Thanks Park Plaza.

Great location and reasonable price. Very close to Waterloo trains, buses and tube. Rooms clean and modern with good TV system. Bathrooms in room and communal areas good with nice handwashes. Few minutes to London eye, aquarium and London dungeons.

Hotel was a bit tricky to find at first and we ended up at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge hotel which is literally just down the road from this hotel - but when we found it we weren't disappointed.
Our first room smelt of smoke and was very small when we arrived, all the first floor rooms are all facing inside to each other with no real windows. The hotel were very helpful and upgraded us to a better room straight away overlooking London with a spacious lounge area.
The hotel restaurant served lovely Italian food & the staff were very helpful with our luggage.
Would definitely stay again! The tube was very easy to access and we had a great stay :)

Having booked with hotels. Com via phone we had asked them to inform the hotel that my partner was registered disabled and we needed an accessible room. From the moment we arrived the entire hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and considerate. A hand written card was waiting for us in our room welcoming us. We were also allowed to park our car at the rear of the hotel. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The hotel location is very close to Waterloo station London and this is a very good advantage. Room is not bad. But the hotel has issues with towels in term of cleaning and quantity. Me and my wife are two guest and in the bathroom there is only 2 bath towels.. and there is no bath robe and feet sleepers. I have asked for them and they provide them to my room. Second day house keeping took them without replacement.. so I just give up. Long story short ... I will chose this place just for its location.
