i wont evean give this compeny any stars but i have to give 1 as it wont let me post this lol, what a joke you have heard of cowboy builds now meat cowboy caravan parks or last resort would be a better name they don't have a clue how run any thing from food to a hoilday park

Having low expectations for their low priced holidays means you should not be disappointed. If you take the outlook a cheap caravan holiday is high class camping break go prepared to enjoy the great outdoors for your entertainment.

Complaint Resolution may take a long time. In my two cases each have been over one year. Consider disputes a potential legal battle so always send letters to head office directors by RECORDED delivery or email. Local site receptions have limited powers but are usually great with small issues.

Be prepared with written evidence and recorded delivery sending slips/emails. They have very good expert efficient solicitors Clarke Willmott who for avoidance of doubt keep themselves very busy with lots of dispute work. To avoid complex dispute resolution consider write one question at a time and wait for the answer before asking the next question.

If you need to appoint a solicitor check your home contents policy or other insurance policies as they may be able to cover the cost. If appointing your own solicitor agree a maximum limit before starting and type up a concise summary of the dispute before meeting any advisers.

The staff at the holiday camps of Park Resorts (mainly seasonal) do a great job with trying their best to help holiday makers have a good time.

Park Resorts Holidays have many great locations by the sea.

To save money buy food & DRINKS in advance from a big supermarket then just top up at the onsite shop. Again think along the lines of posh camping for the low cost holidays.

Drinks in most park resort holidays are high so by taking an initial supply from the supermarket and just top up when you are there.

The clubhouse entertainment at weekends and in the school holidays can be fantastic. Some park resort holidays sites have more facilities than others. If you are booking with The Sun £9.50 offer which is brilliant value for money look for parks with most the most boxes/icons showing facilities.

If you are tempted into a finance deal to buy a second hand static caravan it is always worth checking the make and model on ebay for an indication of likely resale values.

However by sticking with park resorts holidays rather than signing up to finance a caravan you can really enjoy many short term park resorts holidays at low prices.

We're just coming to the end of a lovely week at White Cross Bay, Windermere, and have enjoyed every minute.

The site is beautifully set in mature trees and we were lucky enough to be close to the lake.

When we arrived we were amazed at our beautiful accommodation - plastinum lodge - beautifully clean and very modern. As time as gone by we just noticed that a few things were missing and after speaking to the reception staff were told that they had been very busy and they had been rushed to get the lodge ready for us.

Missing - patio furniture - was told that it was on order but just hadn't arrived. The site gave us three chairs to sit on but there were four of us, they then bought us the fourth but it was broken and no outside table;

Missing - no DVD player - we thought that the TV was a combi so when we came to put on a DVD on a very rainy day there wasn't one. The reception staff apologised and said that they relied on people like us to tell them what was needed in the lodges! To be fair when we came back from an outing we had a DVD player. Surely all accommodation should be check listed before occupied.

What would help in the lodge - a table lamp - 12 ceiling lights are in the main room and it is extremely bright;

Matress protectors - brand new matresses and no protection - what if someone had an accident or was ill?????

No chopping board - a work surface protector but not a chopping board;

Very clinical - not a picture on any wall just bare white walls;

Bathrooms - nowhere to put your soap or toothbrush or handtowel. Toilet roll holder in main bathroom in an extremely awkward position!!!

These are not complaints just suggestions to make anothers holiday more comfortable and homely.

Would we visit again - yes we would but may look at a private hire and get a bit better value for money.
