I am a Qualified Nursey Nurse at NVQ level 3 in Childcare & Education as well as many other extras eg Domestic Violence & Child Protection, Paedeatric First Aid (current)
I moved to the New Forest from Milton Keynes in 2002, as a child I spent many years holidaying here.
in 1998 my dad passed away and my mum gave me some money but I couldn't bring myself to spend it.
Then in early 2009 I was given my Westie and oneday thought how hard can it be to cut his hair! It looked so bad that even he was too embarrassed to go for a walk!
My hubby suggested I use the money from my dad to go and train as a dog Groomer.
After lots of research we decided on the International Animal Care College in Bangor Northern Ireland.
I spent 5 great weeks 6 days a week in November 2009 training.
I gained my self a Advanced Diploma, Pet Emergency Response First Aid & CPR & Pet Identification Microchip Implant Agent.
In 2010 I was contacted by Nichola asking if I would like to complete a theory coarse which would lead to a higher qualification.
I did this and gained 5 credits at level 2 and 15 credits at level 3 in Intermediate Pet Grooming, Clipping and Business Management Skills.
I work 2 days a week at Tesco on Customer Services.
I work flexi time in a 5* hotel looking after the guests children.
I'm doing a homestudy coarse on Criminology.

I'm so sorry to everyone that had their dogs booked in this week. I know that I have put a lot of extra safety precautions in place but i think the right thing is to close. Unfortunately dog grooming is not on the list for essential travel. I don't want any of you to put yourselves at risk. I'm so sorry I really am.... Stay safe & take care xx

To all my wonderful customers. It comes with a heavy heart, and tears that I've had to make the hard decision to close my salon from Monday 30th March. Beautiful Kizzy... got to love a Springer a day ♥️🐕🥰
Today was so special but so heartbreaking. One of my customers brought Max a Springer Spaniel around for us to say our goodbyes. I've been grooming him & home boarding him for 5 years. He's been diagnosed with an inoperable tumour on his abdomen & unfortunately doesn't have long to live. Such a shock to us all.... He was expected to be our comfort when our Misty who's now 12.5 leaves this world as he's only 9 not the other way around. I feel immensely grateful that his owners thought of me at this difficult & sad time then allowed us 4 precious hours with him today.
Lots and lots of kisses and cuddles. We're going to miss you Max my boy! ♥️🐕♥️🐕♥️🥰😘
