Can't recommend this excellent Caravan Park enough. Andrew and Sue were amazingly helpful when we had to move into a caravan while we were moving home. The site is very clean and quiet. As posted by another, it's not really a place for children, but there are activities in Northallerton if you do have them with you.

Great caravan site. Clean and very friendly. Fishing lakes always busy but we do not fish so just watch the anglers from pitch and comfort of caravan. The on site cafe is a must even if it's just for a coffee and Sandwich. You will go back when you have been as the food is all fresh and tastes great. Never had a bad meal in there and always look forward to going. Site has cafe, fishing lakes and tackle shop. Clean amenities which are spotless and friendly staff. Northallerton is only 5 minutes from the site and has a great market if you like shopping. Do as much or as little as you like. No pub on site which is great and they do not have play area for children, which is good if you just go for peace and quiet. Will return to site on regular basis if we can get on as it's very popular. Book early to not be disappointed.

Well maintained lovely site with great facilities and with a perfect on site cafe serving excellent fresh homemade food, friendly helpfull owners who are willing to help you if required,
The site also has two well stocked fishing lakes giving me the added bonus of being a fishing widow to let me relax at my leisure whenever we are there.

A pretty little site close (but not too close!) to the town of Northallerton, with a scenic dog walk, cafe, excellent tackle shop and pristine and well-maintained facilities. The owners couldn't be more welcoming and helpful, with Andrew having an intimate knowledge of the two coarse fishing lakes, which are the main attraction.

You can expect carp to low twenties, fighting fit stillwater chub and some terrific perch fishing (best in autumn and winter, but they can turn up anytime.) The carp are an especially hard-fighting strain with amazing stamina so prepare for some arm-aching battles with fish that don't know when to give up. There are a number of other species, too, with roach and tench amongst the others present. Barbel, too ( I think) although I haven't connected with any yet, but I'll certainly have the opportunity, as this is a site we'll visit again and again.

Heartily recommended to anglers and non-anglers alike.

On a shocking afternoon weather wise we pulled & was greeted by very friendly reception & we were place on a good hard standing which was close to facilities due to the horrid weather.
The facilities are lovely & clean & well maintained.
Would recommend staying here ( especially if there is a fisher person in family as there is a lake on site to wet the line.
