Dear Parents/carers It is with a heavy heart I am writing this, to let you know Aunty Demi will be leaving Parklands. Due to personal circumstances and the distance and time it takes for Demi to get to work and home again every day she has decided to take a position closer to home. Demi is leaving her home at 6.00am every day to get here for 8.00am and is getting home of a night after 8.00pm. As you can appreciate this is a very long day for anyone. We will miss her so much as she has been here for 5 years firstly as a student before qualifying as a nursery nurse. We wish her all the love and luck in the world as she goes to pastures new and we hope she calls in regularly to see us.
Good luck Aunty Demi xxxxxxxxx

Dear Parents/carers
Aunty Demi is organising a fund raising event in aid of Macmillan Cancer Research on Friday 29th September 2017. Coffee, tea and cakes will be on sale at the nursery throughout the day for a minimum donation of £2.00. There is also a sweep taking place where you can guess the size of a cake in cms. The winner will receive half of the sweep money and the rest will go to Macmillan. Also on the day it will be Fancy Dress for the children with a £1.00 donation.... I hope we can all support Aunty Demi in this fundraising event!
Thanks xxxx

Hi
Just a quick reminder to all parents that due to the hot weather we require your child to be sent to nursery with a high factor sun cream and a sun hat/cap .(clearly labelled with your child's name) If you do not bring cream into nursery, then we will apply some here. Children will not be allowed to play outside in the sun without sun cream being applied.
... Thought this web page may be of interest to you. It gives information on the UVA levels each day and recommendations on how long to stay out in the sun. Also gives you the pollen count etc and the general weather.
Have a lovely day in the sun if you are lucky enough be be off work.

Dear Parents/carers I have been looking at this web page and thought it may be of interest to some of you. I think it is particularly good for those parents whose children may be struggling with Speech and Language Development.
