Early rise for some of our ladies and gentlemen this morning, enjoying a buffet breakfast at the Royal Clifton Hotel Restaurant, sitting amongst other guests. Lovely memories for our ladies and gentlemen from the times they used to stay in a hotel, then waking up the next morning going down for breakfast.

A lovely family and friends day at Parklands Lodge, full activities/ events today enjoyed by all. Afternoon Prize bingo, sherry/ drinks afternoon and outdoor refreshments in the gardens. Beautiful section of homemade cakes provided by our group hospitality chef, Trevor. One of our gentlemen enjoying calling the bingo numbers out. Lovely staff involvement spending time with our ladies and gentlemen.

Spring is nearly here, lovely afternoon visit to the local park, making the most of the fine weather.

This Sunday,23rd February from 2pm, it will be ‘eyes down look in’ at Parklands Lodge. Prize Bingo afternoon will be hosted for our ladies,gentlemen,families and friends. Our own gentlemen bingo caller, not to be missed.
A full in-house activities and community outing today. Weekly hair and pamper, group chit chat discussing future events, activities and entertainment. All saints church service visit to Parklands lodge, beautiful service. Music and dance and a birthday celebration for one of our gentlemen who didn’t want any fuss but wished to go for a pint at one of the local pubs.
Absolutely beautiful, used to play the piano for the pupils at the school, where she was Headmistress.
Today, some of our ladies and gentlemen enjoyed a friendship afternoon at the Royal Clifton Hotel. One of our ladies who use to play the piano, had a lovely opportunity to play at the hotel. Members of the public, who were enjoying afternoon teas applauded our lovely lady. A lovely moment!

I started to work with parklands lodge 4 months ago and can honestly say out of the 27 years in care work this has been the loveliest place I've worked for! Staff are amazing and genuinely caring and our service users get the best care.benn is a fantastic manager and I really hope we continue to give the best care in southport.thankyou to everyone for restoring my faith in humanity and here's to many more years of an amazing team �
