User

Had a great evening while visiting parkway just like it was when we visited last time staff very polite and helpful as always dont know what some people are on about nithing wrong with the place

User

Forgot how many years it is since i went to the cinema but popped in the afternoon to see The greatest show great film really enjoyed it bit warm but didn't really notice once the movie started. No kids so was very quiet so will be making it a regular routine from now on.

User

Very comfortable surroundings should be an age limit of what age kids are aloud to be unattended as 4 children aged 13 were very noisy and I had to have a word that people have paid to watch the film not here them talking

User

Regularly go to parkway staff are usually friendly and helpful cinemas are clean as are the toilets only downside is its always freezing in there turn the aircon off its winter

User

Just been to the Greatest Showman Sing-a-long. Near enough a full house and a brilliant atmosphere with great singing! Such a shame it was so cold we had to keep our coats on through it!! Came out with feet like blocks of ice but a warm heart :-)

I go with a disabled person in a wheelchair, always been good to us. On one occasion the seats next to the disabled slots was taken by able bodied people even though there was loads of seats elsewhere. I asked if they would move up so I could sit next to wheelchair. They refused so I still put him there and went and got a seat in the row in front. All they did was complain so I approached cinema staff who immediately got them to move. I think that although it would make sense the seats next to slot are for people accompanying wheelchair it doesn't actually say that. Maybe that is something that needs to be reviewed.

User

Film was good went to get some sweets to have to take in to watch film all u can say was over price or what a bag of revels £1.00 in shops but here they was £2.95 what a rip off

User

Enjoyable 2 to 3 hours, enjoyed the film .I suppose it depends on the film itself. It would have been more enjoyable if two people behind us would stop talking, but that's something behond your control.

User

Went to see Star Wars with the kids as a Xmas treat. I only wish the person in the row in front had wanted to watch the film then they wouldn't have been constantly on their mobile phone . This is getting to be a constant problem when I go watch a film at Parkway..wish they would do something!!

Also put off for life for ever buying the pick n mix after seeing two boys touch all the sweets & throw some at each other. Staff oblivious. Toilets had no loo roll and reels of blue towels left by the sinks.

Film great.. cinema experience not so great!!

User

Took my daughter's to watch the my little pony movie today through the little penguins offer think it's fantastic that you can take the kids to the cinema for £2.50 a ticket but what really gets me is the price of the food and sweets it's extortionate nearly £3.00 for a bag of sweets that are no more than a quid in most shops seriously need 2 rethink prices

User

Don’t bother going for the start time unless you want to sit through 10 car adverts and a campaign video for FGM Cinema was full of kids for jumanji and that was not appropriate.

14:00 in the afternoon and the gents was honkin! Made me boke going for a wass.

User

The toilet were terrible there was no soap in the dispenser and no toilet roll in most of the toilet, quite a lot of people was disappointed as well as me.

User

Disappointing response when we enquired about holding our Scouts Christmas party here (not technically a party, they all chose to watch a film as their Christmas treat) was told we could only book hire as a party of school children on a school day during school hours. Did try to explain we were not a school and that it wouldn’t be possible to attend in school times, but no flexibility at all, the alternative was to join open showing paying usual child fee. With 70 beavers, cubs and scouts, thats not really an option for us due to risk assessments involved ect (not to mention the fact there’s not even a slither of a discount offered to a registered charity) Shame really, hopefully the new cinema complex will be more flexible.

User

The staff here are rubbish my 3yr old fell and cut his mouth. Mouth was pouring with blood and not 1 member of staff came to offer help! 4 members of staff stood or Sat about watching but did nothing. I could have understood had they been busy but there was hardly any people there and I the 4 staff mentioned above were doing nothing at all. My first and last visit here. Before the film my 8yr old went to ask one of the members of staff a question, 3 times he said excuse me to the man who was stood doing nothing before he looked at my son, he asked his question and the man was very rude when he did finally answer.

User

The film stopped 5 times during the viewing and then they closed the cinema half way through the film because the bulb in the projector had gone. 2 very disappointed children waited for ages for a refund, they only refunded the tickets and not the booking fee. Waste of a Sunday!

User

Just been to see a film which was totally ruined by the cold air con blowing down on me! Air con in winter? Seriously! Moved seats but still the same problem. Didn't want to miss the film so stayed put with my coat, hat and scarf on. After the film I explained the situation to the manager who said there was nothing she could do and would not refund my ticket as I didn't go and tell them while the film was on! I'm really disappointed with Parkway on this occasion as I go there weekly and to be honest I expect better customer service. When I heard Grimsby was getting a new cinema I hoped Cleethorpes wouldn't lose Parkway, but after the customer service I received tonight I can understand why some may choose the new cinema rather than stay loyal to Parkway.
