Customer service is 100% at Partridge. I have been to other bike shops where they have looked down their nose at me because I am not a serious bike fanatic. For me it is spending time with my family and enjoyment and Partridge cater for all. They have a brilliant range of bikes for all ages and price ranges. Yes, they are not the cheapest option but you can always find what you are looking for, they have a test area to try out the bikes, you do not get a pressured sales person on your case and their repair service is great. I have taken my boys bikes in a number of times as they have broken them and I have no clue how to fix it. I have always been able to buy what I wanted here and never had to wait as they are out of stock. Shopping at Partridge is a pure pleasure and makes me want to get out on my bike more.

I have bought 5 bikes from Patridge Cycles over the years and have always been very pleased with the value and service. They recently excelled in their customer service to me. I own a fairly expensive carbon road bike which after 2 years of riding developed a split in the top tube. Within 2 hours of me taking my bike in they had spoken to manufacturer and organised a warranty replacement. Then to my surprise they confirmed they would rebuild my new frame and I would be able to ride it out from the shop! I know you will find some critical reviews on the net but in my opinion they are undeserved. Partridge are a top shop with great value bikes and great service. Thank you.

When my LBS failed to provide me and my son any kind of service I started looking online for other options. The communication with Partridge Cycles was excellent and very friendly. It wasn't exactly easy to ship the bike over to another EU country but Ben at PC went the extra mile for us. The boy is super happy with the bike and so am I with the service I got. I was positively surprised by the communication after the deal had been done, I can highly recommend them. Thank you!

Helpful and friendly service. Me and a few friends had a bike ride planned across Exeter and Devon, but just before found a problem with my bike which I was unsure of. Staff were able to sort the problem and out and fix it quickly for next to nothing, and we were on our way. They also have a great range of bikes in store, one of my friends came back the next week to buy a new one! Would recommend.

Fantastic store with so much variety and choice. The sales team were particularly helpful in guiding me in the right direction and didn't try to hard sell anything which was really appreciated. Would recommend to anyone, whether you're a cycling fanatic or a novice, there's something for everyone!

I purchased a Giant road bike from Partridge Cycles using the cyclesheme today.

To start with, the price I paid for this bike could not be bettered by any national or independent dealer in the U.K. Many of the bikes are very heavily discounted but are ex demo models which are in as new condition.

I found there staff to be knowledgeable and very helpful who give the novice biker helpful advice. I really did not know what bike would best suit my needs but after a lengthy discussion with a member of staff we narrowed it down to the endurance range. A test ride later, I had made a decision and feel over the moon with my purchase.

I have seen some negative reviews on this site but I have now purchased two bikes from this store and on both occasions the level of customer service has been of an exceptionally high standard. I will definitely be back in the future and I can't recommend highly enough.

To conclude, a great cycle specialist with professional staff who don't use hard sell techniques but take the time to assess what the biker needs.

A little pricey but the quality of service is brilliant. I get my bike serviced here everytime as I know it is a trustworthy place.

Having purchased my sons bike from this store I was extremely impressed by the service and knowledge from the staff along with the choice of bikes and accessories. This was repeated when we returned for a bike service. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a new bike. First rate all round.

I have always found them to be extremely helpful for repairs and servicing. Perhaps a little pricey, but you get good quality. A great range of bikes and accessories on show, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
