What a magical place, with endless rooms filled to the brim with brilliant stuff and staff so attractive they could make a calendar.

Thank you very much to Jen and everyone at Party World for my wife’s 40th Birthday balloons - very prompt, professional yet friendly service - would definitely recommend - thank you!

Party world is a fantastic little shop. I bought some decorations for my daughters 18th birthday last year and when my daughter passed her driving test last December I popped into the shop and bought her a congratulations balloon. 11 weeks on and her balloon is still going strong. Yes the balloons are a little more expensive, but I will be going back to buy my balloons in the future as they are value for money. They have lots of fabulous things to tempt you....Thanks Deborah �

Fantastic service, called on Thursday to ask for some special 50 birthday balloons. I was told they would be sorted straight away and I left Jennifer to have some artistic license on them. When I arrived this morning the balloons were there waiting for me and she had done a fantastic job, stunning design and perfect for what I needed!! She was very welcoming this morning on my arrival and made sure I was happy before I left!! Great service and would recommend her skills to anyone!! Thank you Jen!! X

A massive thank you to Debbie for making the widow of an ex Para very happy. My client wanted white balloons with blue ribbon and a poppy tied to the bottom of it at her husbands funeral. Debbie made this possible and even delivered the balloons to the crematorium. On behalf of my client and myself I cannot thank you enough Debbie. Great job. I highly recommend the Party shop in Sandhurst.

Moody staff, shop stinks and they do not do refunds even if the product does not work.

I have been here twice now and both times found the staff so rude and unhelpful! The balloon quality is shocking mine haven’t even lasted overnight yet I have some from As of my magic that are nearly a month old and still not deflating. I gave this a second chance this time but that will be the last the new management clearly aren’t wanting to boost sales as with those staff members that can’t even crack a smile everything seems a chore and quite frankly not an experience I would recommend to someone else to go through! Happy birthday hey.... thanks for the expensive deflating balloons!
