Never ever usually write reviews but me and my sisters went to the bottomless brunch with music and it was worth every penny ! We booked for my sisters birthday before finding out that she was pregnant so despite not being able to indulge in the bottomless prosecco we still had a great time ! And even had some alcohol free cocktail. Our waitress (whoвАЩs name i stupidly didnвАЩt take) really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. I would 100% recommend it ! Great food and a great atmosphere

Had a lovely meal on Wednesday evening. The service was very good. The food was excellent. We had the two course mid week menu where there was a good choice of starters and mains. The cocktails were also very tasty. All in all we had a fab evening and look forward to visiting again very soon!

Absolutely brilliant lunch, the customer service is amazing and the bottomless prosecco makes for a great celebration meal! We have to say Pasquale is our favourite as he is lovely, welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!

Lovely restaurant and staff , only negative was that we booked the lady party Lunch for the dj and atmosphere but we was put on a table right at the back of the restaurant where we couldnвАЩt even see the DJ or anyone else , so was 0 atmosphere! Then later was told by the owner that we had to request a table at the front of restaurant пњљ so ¬£40 plus ¬£5 each service charge seamed a bit much

I cannot fault the food, always delivering top quality. The restaurant is decorated beautifully & the atmosphere always lively and friendly. However, I would advise you to stipulate how long you want your table for on booking; my party of 14 reduced to 10, & without asking me I was moved to a smaller table which was only available for 90mins. This is not enough time for such a large party, & as a result we only had time for 2 courses & were rushed out. Seems a shame that you can't fully enjoy the experience.

Negatives were: Ladies too dimly lit & broken toilet seat, despite half empty restaurant we felt rushed, everytime waiters walked by we were asked 'was everything ok' (there were 3 servers and, hand on heart, we must have been asked this at least 12 times over the course of the lunch - drove us crazy as we were kept interrupted. Please!!!), ditto every time a server came past our wine was topped up (in the end I asked them to leave the wine to us - really annoying).

Our menu was 1 x G&T, 2 x Dips & Bread, 2 x hot Mezze starter, 1 x Cod Mediterranean main, 1 x Monkfish skewer main, 1 x vegetable skewer side (burnt and raw), 2 x bottles pink Prosecco ... bill came to £145 for two for lunch!

Despite the good food, charging West End prices in Billericay High Street does not sit well and we will be sticking to our favourite Haz in Devonshire Sq EC2 (which is better/value for money/authentic then Pasha & has an amazing Wine List & Servers who don't get on your nerves).

They gave us some prosecco as compensation, the food was lovely but really my friend should have been told about the bar being closed before we arrived. We enjoyed ourselves but it wasn't the night my friend had hoped for and when she questioned it the waiter said he'd get the owner ........ but he never showed рЯШФ

Upon entering the restaurant...::very cold vibes ...mgr couldn't b bothered рЯШХ to deal with my booking so got a member of staff to organise the table .... no eye contact no conversation just got told here's the drink menu wot can I get u without my friend n I even looking at the drink menu.....food was rushed .... payment was rushed .... did not enjoy this experience at all ..... will not b going back there on a hurry !!

I went for the first time for lunch on Saturday afternoon, venue is nice but we were sat by the door opening, which after sitting there for 15 minutes soon discovered it was drafts. Food was ok, but not much choice for gluten free which I was although did ring beforehand and said there were options, but unless I wanted fish it was very limited. I couldnвАЩt have the rice as has gluten so asked for chips instead to which got charged extra which was outrageous but also got told the chips are cross contaminated as fried in oil same as gluten things so how can it be gluten free. Waitress wasnвАЩt exactly a happy lady and made out everything was an issue or a charge. but charged extra for chips which I wanted instead of rice. I was very much looking forward to a nice late lunch but was left disappointed for my first visit and as they donвАЩt cater for me or do at a cost I wonвАЩt be rushing back and think itвАЩs disgusting to get charged for a substitute and more appalled they put on their menu chips are gluten free when clearly they are not surely thatвАЩs a breach of allergen issues?!

Food was lovely but we were misinformed when making the booking months in advance. We were told if we booked earlier we could have the table from 6:30-9:00 only to be rushed off our table at 8:30 and told they had another booking for the same table. To sum up our experience the food was lovely the service was not and the staff were rude!

Booked for my birthday over 2 months in advance. Had issues in the week when I rang back from the one missed call I had (presumed they were confirming table as no voicemail was left) was told my booking had been cancelled as I had not rang back quick enough to confirm.

Sat down to a 3 course set menu which we were not aware of. We didnвАЩt want this as were planning on just having a main and some cocktails. Was told no this is the menu from last week in November to xmas and was no budging. пњљ if we had been told of this on booking we may not have gone.

We sat down just after our 6.30 slot and ran over our 2 hour a lot paying at gone 9.30, service was very slow and waitresses werenвАЩt very friendly.

Only good thing about this place is the upstairs and the good music.

Interior was beautifully decorated, found mr muscle man on the door quite unnessasary, place was full of girls whoвАЩs idols are the idiots you see on TOWIE place seemed to be full of woman/girls and not many men in there, I was with my husband and a few friends so we had fun regardless BUT the food I found to be very average, overpriced and I wonвАЩt be going back there!!

Had a booking for 8.30, wasn't seated until just before 9! We had to wait 25 minutes for our first drinks & wasn't even given water on the table! Waitresses were very rude and just seemed like they couldn't be bothered! Table was by a giant light over 2 chairs so 2 of the girls kept smashing their heads when they got up, stupid place to put it пњљ



When dinner came my meal turned up 10 minutes after everybody else's the manager said he sent it back as it wasn't cooked so it was his fault, think that was rubbish and so I ended up with dry over cooked lamb! Food wasn't great was expecting better!! Looked good but unfortunately didn't taste it!



They did give us a free round of drinks & took my food off the bill, but the experience was ruined and decided not even to stay & drink upstairs as the service was shocking !! Must say I won't return and wish I'd read the reviews before I booked!!

Food was ok, but not much choice for gluten free which I was although did ring beforehand and said there were options, but unless I wanted fish it was very limited. I couldnвАЩt have the rice as has gluten so asked for chips instead to which got charged extra which was outrageous but also got told the chips are cross contaminated as fried in oil same as gluten things so how can it be gluten free. Waitress wasnвАЩt exactly a happy lady and made out everything was an issue or a charge. but charged extra for chips which I wanted instead of rice. I was very much looking forward to a nice late lunch but was left disappointed for my first visit and as they donвАЩt cater for me or do at a cost I wonвАЩt be rushing back and think itвАЩs disgusting to get charged for a substitute and more appalled they put on their menu chips are gluten free when clearly they are not surely thatвАЩs a breach of allergen issues?!

We booked our table two months ago and they said they would do the table in a Tshape they knew - when we got there 2 separate tables which we specifically asked to not have and no one even informed us пњљ

Food was lovely but we were misinformed when making the booking months in advance. We were told if we booked earlier we could have the table from 6:30-9:00 only to be rushed off our table at 8:30 and told they had another booking for the same table. To sum up our experience the food was lovely the service was not and the staff were rude!

Booked for my birthday over 2 months in advance. Had issues in the week when I rang back from the one missed call I had (presumed they were confirming table as no voicemail was left) was told my booking had been cancelled as I had not rang back quick enough to confirm.

Sat down to a 3 course set menu which we were not aware of. We didnвАЩt want this as were planning on just having a main and some cocktails. Was told no this is the menu from last week in November to xmas and was no budging. пњљ if we had been told of this on booking we may not have gone.

We sat down just after our 6.30 slot and ran over our 2 hour a lot paying at gone 9.30, service was very slow and waitresses werenвАЩt very friendly.

Only good thing about this place is the upstairs and the good music.

Interior was beautifully decorated, found mr muscle man on the door quite unnessasary, place was full of girls whoвАЩs idols are the idiots you see on TOWIE place seemed to be full of woman/girls and not many men in there, I was with my husband and a few friends so we had fun regardless BUT the food I found to be very average, overpriced and I wonвАЩt be going back there!!

Had a booking for 8.30, wasn't seated until just before 9! We had to wait 25 minutes for our first drinks & wasn't even given water on the table! Waitresses were very rude and just seemed like they couldn't be bothered! Table was by a giant light over 2 chairs so 2 of the girls kept smashing their heads when they got up, stupid place to put it пњљ



When dinner came my meal turned up 10 minutes after everybody else's the manager said he sent it back as it wasn't cooked so it was his fault, think that was rubbish and so I ended up with dry over cooked lamb! Food wasn't great was expecting better!! Looked good but unfortunately didn't taste it!



They did give us a free round of drinks & took my food off the bill, but the experience was ruined and decided not even to stay & drink upstairs as the service was shocking !! Must say I won't return and wish I'd read the reviews before I booked!!
