Passage To India was established in the early 90's, which was run by a highly regarded chef Komala Begum. Now she has retired she has passed the mantle on to two of her sons Jav and Shueb. Shueb now the head chef was inspired by his mothers family style home cooking which he has infused with his modern twist to create a unique style of Indian cuisines. While Jav with his cast experience will be running the front of house.
