The staff here make this place. They’re friendly, and willing to share travel tips all the time. The food is amazing and the drinks are well priced. 10/10 would recommend.

Outstanding food, beers & the love JP and his team have put into this place makes you love our cousins from across the pond.

Always knew it was going to be something good, but this is spectacular - watch out for the city wide special: that’ll set-up a good night!!

Literally the greatest day to discover these guys finally have a place! The new bar is awesome and the sandwiches as amazing as always. Make sure you get the Old Bay fries to go with!

I'd been to the Liberty Cheesesteak van in Spitalfields a fair few times and always loved it, but now those fine folks have opened Passyunk Avenue and holy crap it's even better!



The menu has been expanded with loads more options to choose from (I had the Cheesesteak with Bacon �), and the food is the same exceptional quality it's always been.



Congrats on getting the bar open guys! I intend to head back quite a bit!

I turned up early,before they were officially ope for the day and asked a cheeky question,to which they said yes without hesitation. Then showed me the bar downstairs and had a good chat about it. They made myself,my girlfriend and our three kids welcome. This was the friendliest place I've been to in a very long time. As for the cheesesteak....that was amazing. Can't wait to come back up and try more from the menu. Well worth a visit. Thanks guys.

Had the most amazing nachos. Best nachos ever! Had to order another portion they were so good... and what do you put on your chips!! Delicious!

Had lunch here yesterday. Will be back. The combination of cheesesteak, baseball, and the music I listened to when I lived near Philly as a teenager means this will be a "must visit" when I'm next in London. Looking forward to finding out what else will be on the menu when the full list goes live later this week.

Food was fantastic. Best wings I’ve had in the U.K. and the Philly cheesesteak was wonderful too. Decent selection of beers, good atmosphere, sports on TV - including the World Cup I’m pleased to day and it felt like a genuinely American bar.

Negatives were it’s slightly expensive, no cider on the menu and a service charge was added to the bill but it’s not mentioned on the menu.

4.5 stars but rounded up to 5 as the food was genuinely great. Will visit again and hopefully my 2 little gripes have been addressed.

Definitely worth a visit

Celebrated my birthday here shortly after the opening. The staff were amazing, accommodating and the food was incredible. Going back tonight. Can’t wait for my first drink in the #NickFoles bar.

Authentic, deliciously fresh Philly food, superb staff and a great atmosphere; with so many good dive bars closing in this area in recent years, Passyunk Avenue is sorely needed and does not disappoint!

And then the gods shone down and said “let there be a proper Philly Cheese stake sandwich made in the UK” and Passynunk Avenue made it so! The homemade cheese whiz was the clencher! If you like orgasms with food, you need to buy this. That is all

Amazing steak , amazing light fluffy bread and the cheese wiz is to die for. OMG and the cheese fries..........I got to say this was the best cure for a hangover.

I will be back again soon. Worth the 150 mile round trip. Looking forward to trying the rest of the menu next time.

After eating Philly Cheesesteak in the States, I was desperate to get another fix......these guys didn’t disappoint. Cheesesteak as good as in the USA!! Amazing food and service, we will definitely be back again!

Absolutely loved our meal at Passyunk, the staff were really friendly and it was nice and quiet being a Sunny Sunday afternoon, but still a lovely atmosphere. Make sure you try the mozzarella dippers �

Can’t vouch for how authentic the experience was as I’ve never been to Philly but the cheesesteak was amazing, as was the southern chicken parmigiana (can’t remember the full name)

A Philadelphia sports themed bar and restaurant, great food, genuinely nice staff all very chatty and JP (the owner) took the time to show us around chatted for a while overall 10/10

Born and raised in So. Philly and grew up on cheese steaks. When a place has the term "Philly Cheese steak"on the menu, it's bound to be crap - this place didn't.



This place is pretty good, frankly the best cheese steak I've had outside of Philly. They worked very hard to get this as close as they could. Glad I got there. Was pretty awesome to be in there with the feel of home, lots of Phillies Gear, etc.



Place had a good crowd.
