Reviews
Is it too early to be thinking about a G&T? Our Pasturepomp gin is made in collaboration with @microdistillery and contains many botanicals including green peppercorns, bay leaves & lemon. Very bright and refreshing. š±

just had my second visit to pasture with my fiancĆ© and all I can still say is wow! the food is amazing, the cocktails are amazing and the staff and atmosphere is amazing! thank you for yet another lovely evening. also Federica, she is so lovely and attentive. couldnāt fault a single thing. 1000% recommend. we cannot wait for our third visit already!
Wow if you want a yummy filling Roast dinner and great wine, serves with a smile then Pasture is the place to go.. relaxing family friendly restaurant. We will be coming again xx
Without any doubt the best roast dinner I've been lucky enough to have. from the second you walk through the door to the second you leave everything is perfect. Food (unreal) Drinks (local and lush) but it's all topped of by the fantastic staff. Can't wait to get back for a steak. so happy this place is in Bristol. Honestly think it's got to be the best roast in the UK if not the ļæ½. Well done all.
Went to Pasture Saturday night with my boyfriend. We certainly love our steaks and have had our fair share of the best Bristol has to offer. Until that fateful Saturday. We liked the vibrant atmosphere at Pasture. Staff were simply amazing. Friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable! We loved the open kitchen and the ageing cabinet. The star of the evening was the food however. I had the smoked steak tartar which was some of the best dishes I ever had! The presentation was certainly special. Filet steak as a main, ordered medium rare. Was more medium, but oh my gosh... the knife went through it like through butter and it was melt in the mouth. My partners ribeye was equally good. Sides all very nice, too. We left happy with big smiles on our faces. Wow. That was the best steaks we had in Britain so far. Keep it up guys, absolutely brilliant!
Tues 17/7/17 - Should be ten stars
Superb food, outstanding service and ambience
Staff very sociable and attentive.
Waitress Ellie gave excellent service as did the young male working hard on his own downstairs in the bar
Will definitely be revisiting and highly recommending
Pasture is the best steak Iāve ever had hands down! The starters were amazing and I have not experienced service like that for a very long time. We will be back!!
My husband and I booked a table at Pasture as a treat to mark our wedding anniversary. Weāve tried most other good steak restaurants in Bristol and thought a couple of them would be difficult to surpass, but we were proven wrong! I can honestly say the best steak Iāve ever eaten! Not only that, the restaurant has a great style, friendly staff, lush sides and desserts! Would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning!
Most amazing steak and real cool place. Thanks Pasture, we will come back for sure ļæ½
Love this place and the best vodka that's made on farm vodka is chase the best iv tasted this bar is very classy2
Just happened to walk past this place whilst staying at a near by hotel. Looked at the reviews and went in. Amazing! So happy I ventured in. Best steak in Britain hands down. Well done. Great ethos too! Keeping it local.
Excellent across the board. The chateaubriand was amazing as where all the sides and the wine and deserts were all on point. Staff attentive and friendly , would go again.
Came to the restaurant on Saturday night. The service outstanding the theatre from the kitchen first class we enjoyed the ambience the feel for the place. The food we had was the best weāve ever had and weāve been to some of the best places to eat and this is head and shoulders above anything
Came for the first time last night with my 90 year old grandmother, mum and her partner. Have to say the food was amazing best steak Iāve ate and the staff were amazing also. Our waiter not sure of his name (really tall guy with a nose ring) was brilliant couldnāt ask for more from a waiter and was brilliant with my gran think she took a bit of a shine to him ļæ½. Also the barman down stairs was very accommodating as well. You also have the seal of approval from an 90 year old Irish woman on your Irish coffee she said no where does it right so was very pleased with hers last night. We will definitely be back.
Best steak I've had it was truely orgasmic, really didn't expect it to be so tender and so flavour full.
I had a tomahawk 1KG steak with friend, coming to Ā£70
I personally first thought I spent too much money but when I had my first bite my regret changed into lust and shock, one of the best places I've been to EXTREMELY friendly staff and informative!
Amazing roast at Pasture today. The most incredible meat and a very generous portion. Lovely spinach and leek gratin, huge Yorkshireās and proper crispy roasties. On top of that excellent service and yummy cocktails. Best roast for me in Bristol at the moment!
After visiting a few times for steak dinners here... we visited today and had the best Sunday roast dinner in a long time. I was there with my husband for Father's Day and my two grown up boys.
We had fabulous waitress service as always. The food again was outstanding and we were looked after with thought and passion. Well done to everyone at Pasture.
This is truly our favourite restaurant in Bristol!!ļæ½
Absolutely fantastic food, great atmosphere and lovely staff. Would say this is the best place for steak in Bristol! Thank you all for a perfect evening.
A truly amazing place to eat and drink. The staff were 100% amazing especially Elly our server and the most accommodating bar man I have had the pleasures meet( sorry I did not get your name) oh yes the food was truly out of this world. one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. Thank you all for making our visit so special.
Lovely, friendly staff. Bit of let down our table not being ready and a half hour wait for the people before us to vacate their cheeseboard lol, but it didnāt spoil our night. Downside, I was looking forward to some flame cooked British Wagyu Ribeye so to be told politely āwe donāt serve wagyu anymore, because itās very expensive and too many customers were complaining that because it was British produced it didnāt taste as good?ā plus they were aiming to support local farmers and as their wagyu came from a Cornish farm, it was just too expensive to put on the menu. Ummm shame. We were all looking forward to wagyu and no matter how much expertise was sold to us about the other cuts, wagyu still remains the tastiest and our favourite. Get it back on the menu, then we may return. We still had a lovely evening together. :-)
