Our Support Workers at Pathways really are one of a kind...they put so much effort not only into their daily tasks and responsibilities, but outside of work too. They are planning activities, thinking of new strategies, looking for resources online, completing extra ‘homework’ and training courses, responding to messages about people we support, reassuring other staff members on any concerns they have, and planning how to make those who they support have the best experiences ever. Guys, we are SO proud of you today, and everyday. We are lucky to have each and every one of you, and the people we support are receiving some of the most wonderful and compassionate care in the area. Keep it up you lovely lot! 🌟💫🌟
