With no experience navigating the world of mortgages, remortgages, insurance, solicitors, etc. I found Patrick and his team to be an invaluable navigating light in a world darkened by endless documents and bank statements. Patrick and Laura were always easy to catch. If they were unable to answer a call or email right away, they'd make sure to reply as soon as possible - often late into the evening. All advise was delivered honestly and very coherently. I'll be working with them long into the future. Highly recommended.

What can I say apart from absolutely fantastic. I stepped into the help to buy scheme with ‘duff’ information and there is a lot more to the whole procedure than what I was first told (from the home builders financial advisor). I have to admit....that was my first mistake...I used the ‘provided advisor’ for ease as i was buying my first home. Anyway, Laura, Adam et al took over the reins with everything connected to this transaction and I couldn’t have been more at ease. Laura and Adam ‘held my hand’ through everything. Patrick and his team were more than happy to answer the most ridiculous questions I thought about (I don’t have a clue about this sort of stuff) and they didn’t laugh at me once haha. To anyone looking at buying a propery I couldn't suggest a better company to use for the process, especially first time buyers. I have just bought my first house and had no clue with what I needed to do. I was asked for some information and they took it from there. I was kept in the loop every step of the way and no decision was made without me being advised of the options. If you have any questions the team will get back to you straight away with the answer. There are no words available to describe the service we received from Patrick James Solutions. We have owned our own first home a year this week and couldn't be any happier with it. From the very outset, Patrick and his team were there for us, day and night working extremely hard to get the best deal available, right until the day of completion.

I was so thankful when someone gave me paddy’s number. As first time buyers my fiancé and I had no idea where to even start! Paddy gave us perfect advice and answered all of our questions at all times of the day, which was perfect for us as we couldn’t use our phones in the day. Chris was our case handler and was great he answers all of our emails so quick and always gave us great advice. Laura was amazing she took so much stress for us dealing with our solicitor! Laura chased our solicitor so much and always made the phone calls for us to save us having to! Without Laura getting involved with the solicitor we would probably be a month behind schedule! The service they offer is so friendly when I use to call them it was like talking on the phone to friends! A great service! I recommend to all!

I was a first time buyer living overseas and everyone who I went to in order to obtain a mortgage all said it could not be done. Patrick however was completely different and worked hard to help me both get the mortgage I wanted and also help me understand the process from start to finish. I cannot thank this company enough for all the help with my mortgage and particularly my buildings and contents insurance through Legal and General. I never thought I would need it but last year i had a horrendous house fire and lost everything. The insurance company were outstanding, I was put up in a hotel that very evening and a furnished cottage was rented for me for 6 months whilst repairs were made to my home. My house was repaired with no expense spared, new doors windows etc and redecorated / re carpeted throughout. I paid the extra couple of quid a month for the top cover and am so glad that I did. They handled my claim so brilliantly and am back in my house and you would never know ! I thoroughly recommend Legal and General too. Thank you Paddy and the team!!!, you work so hard and reassured me all the way, I would not trust any other company but yours!
