Patterns Psychotherapy

Patterns Psychotherapy offers counselling and psychotherapy to people over 18 with personal issues including anxiety, stress, trauma and many more.

We are Dan Williams, Naomi Evans, Hilary Platt, Anne Glynn and Dominic Cookson. We're a group of psychotherapists with collective experience in individual and couples counselling for stress, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, social anxiety, sex, alcohol and drug addiction and many more.

Hilary, Dan, Naomi and Anne are qualified, accredited and experienced psychotherapists. We are available at various times during the week and with our different personal and training backgrounds, we offer a complementary range of psychotherapy experience giving our clients the benefit of choice of therapist and approach.

We are proud to support Dominic Cookson in his practice placement with us as he works towards his qualification and accreditation. Dominic has experience working with a number of issues and is a compassionate listener training in Person centred psychotherapy. In recognition that he is not yet qualified, Dominic offers lower cost counselling. His work is supervised 'offline' by his training institute and us.
