I let a property 4 5yrs Sean never saw 2 any repairs, i had huge damp problems etc etc i could never get an answer or response when i rang 2 complain r ask 4 help!!!! My list goes on n on n i have fotos t prove the state i had 2 live in! Total bunch ov cowboys in my eyes!

IMMORAL Paul Airey failed to sell a property in 2013 so instead was instructed to remove the property from sale and find tenants instead. Which he did and received a fee for doing this.



When independently a part exchange for the property was secured IN 2017!!!! He then sent a bill for £2000 for selling the property.



He frightened the owner (a pensioner) so much with threats of court proceedings that they paid the bill even though he had not marketed or took any action to sell the property for 3 and a half years.



He is a disgrace and immoral and everyone should be aware of his underhand tactics to earn a buck!!!!!



SO BEWARE, if you had you property up for sale 5 years ago with PAUL AIREY, took it off the market but then manage to sell it yourself. He'll slap you with a bill!!!



PLEASE SHARE SO OTHER PEOPLE DON'T FALL INTO THIS TRAP.
