Merry Christmas and a happy new year to all. Building a business from scratch is the hardest thing I have ever done and I have not even put the foundations in place. I still have so far to go to reach my end goal. However a big thank you to all who have used my service, written personal blogs for me to share, given me fantastic recommendations, shared and liked my posts and page, read my own blogs, organised for me to visit their workplace, been a friend and supported me when... I nearly gave it all up at my lowest points. This has made me all the more determined to build a successful practice and to hopefully make my Father, Mother, Wife and kids proud of me. Its now time to have a break from working and studying to spend time with family and friends, whilst eating and drinking too much, and watching my kids open presents at a rate of knots without even knowing what the present is. Thank you. #business #christmas #coaching #mindfulness #wellbeing #positive #nutrition

Another small step towards my end goal, next stop mental health first aid and then a lot of studying for my counselling and further nutrition qualifications.

6 of the best winter articles giving tips, resources and advice. Christmas comes around once a year and we sure do our best to eat and drink to much, get stressed, argue with family, throw a board game or two up in the air and then before you know it is all over for another year. So how can we still eat well, drink sensibly, exercise and stay calm.

New post - Supporting someone with mental ill health. According to Mind – the mental health charity, approximately 1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year
In England, 1 in 6 people report experiencing a common mental health problem (such as anxiety and depression) in any given week The overall number of people with mental health problems has not changed significantly in recent years, but worries about things like money, jobs and benefits ...can make it harder for people to cope.
It appears that how people cope with mental health problems is getting worse as the number of people who self-harm or have suicidal thoughts is increasing #mentalhealth #well-being #depression #anxiety https://www.balanceofwellness.co.uk/…/S upporting-someone-wi…

Laughing and having fun. They are a fantastic antidote for anxiety and depression. Granted it is not always easy to lift your mood but it is vital to have humour in your life and make the most of every day. #anxiety #depression #humour #wellbeing #coaching
Eat well, feel good, be healthy. One slice of oat and barley farmhouse bread, a portion of borlotti beans with red onion, spinach and fresh tomato. Yum. Great for a post gym snack. #healthyfood #nutrition #protein #beans #wellbeing
