About Paul D'Arcy Racing
Classic-winning Newmarket Racehorse Trainer.
Paul D'Arcy Racing Description
We are a small, successful racehorse training yard based in Newmarket's Hamilton Road. We pride ourselves on getting the very best out of every horse we train and providing a bespoke, friendly service for our owners.
Our biggest success was in 2003, winning the Irish 2000 Guineas at the Curragh with Indian Haven. While yet to be topped, we had success in 2015 at York with Shadow Hunter in the Listed Roses Stakes and previously with good servants such as Edinburgh Knight and Caledonian Spring.

Spring Loaded ran a cracking race in the Stewards Cup, finishing a close-up 7th despite being struck into leaving the stalls, causing him to lose his action and his position and getting too far out of his ground. He ran on like the brave horse he is to feature in a blanket finish. He was lame behind after the race, so we hope it is not too serious.
