Got emailed saying yes, 1030 Tuesday 19th and telling me it was number 25.

Turn up on the day after having done some serious maths on the property and researched what may need doing. Turn up on the day - the only F****ng morning off that myself and my wife share in 13 days and guess what - you're not there. Why aren't you there? Because the house isn't for sale - it completed ages ago and you have failed to take the F*****g thing off your website. Outstanding - we not only made a wasted journey but it hogged ALL of our only morning off together in this hot-ass weather when we could have been doing something to cherish rare time off together. Thanks a bunch. I'm not looking at any more houses you're selling because basically, you're obviously inept!

Extremely rude!! Bad manners and awful customer service.
