My aim is simple. . . to bring you the best training program's that inspire you to look forward to working out. Professional smart training that is challenging but fun. Life is short and you get one body. Being happy in your skin and having energy to live life to the full is what everyone deserves.

I am a Personal Trainer, Nutritionist and Lifestyle Consultant who has 30 years experience in the Fitness Industry.
I specialisze in Ladies Only Bootcamps and teach a unique Freestyle Pilates. I also teach Step, Body Shock and Hot Yogalates.

Avoidance isn’t healing. Avoidance just presses pause on living to the full. Time will simply move on while you don’t. As a coping mechanism it can be useful short term and certainly needs to be an option when no other option is viable. But facing your fears, your emotions and knowing your triggers can be one of the most liberating things you can do. Carrying unresolved pain can impact your entire life from your food choices, addictions, mental health, physical health, your c...onfidence as a person and even your relationships. Healing involves accepting things you can not change and facing the things you can. Healing happens when you can face negative situations and/or people and you’re able to break established patterns. This, in turn, can lead to the prevention of painful responses. For example, anybody who makes you feel less or triggers emotional responses in you. This can be a complex and difficult pattern to break but it’s not only necessary for your sanity, it is necessary for your growth as a person. It is no wonder that avoidance is an attractive option as very often in life people respond to their pain by being reactive and passing the pain back to the offender or saying nothing at all through fear of further upset. Sometimes it can be a simple response of asking politely for the person not to speak in ‘that’ manner to you. Sometimes it is doing the ‘grey rock’ trick and not allowing the words into your psyche whilst maintaining a confident persona. Adjusting your expectations by adjusting your self worth. Whatever strategies used, the key is to break the pattern whilst staying in your kindness. Healing begins when you demonstrate what is acceptable in terms of how people speak to you and treat you. When you break the pattern, you give yourself permission to move forward and write your own story. Paula@Corefit

January Boot Camps and Boxing sessions are almost sold out. I have about 12 spaces in total across all sessions. Ladies Only starts Thursday 3rd January for 8 and a half weeks, 17 sessions. Every Tuesday and Thursday 9.30am, 6pm and 7pm. Cost £85. Mixed Boot Camp every Wednesday 6-7pm 8 sessions £40. Starts 8th January. It’s an amazing space with lovely people. Paula is an inspiration! Her classes are for all shapes, sizes and ages with huge motivational encouragement, in a truly non judgemental environment, for everyone to be the best they can be. Classes are tough, after all it’s bootcamp, but fun too and the hour flies by. It’s clear that Paula is extremely knowledgeable, exercises address each muscle group and switch between resistance, cardiovascular and weight training. Have been going to classes for 2.5yrs and have only ever left class with a smile on my sweaty face and feeling significantly better than when I arrived. Could not recommend these classes highly enough, they have turned my life around.

I've done a full range including Pilates, step, dance and her infamous bootcamp. I have recently joined paulas dance fusion, took part in 2 week bootcamp, done my first step class in 15 years and have just signed up for thump boxing in september. I loved every minute of bootcamp, first time doing anything like it, at 42 years old and quite shapley (overweight) its brilliant, i may never be thin but its all about being healthy and i can honestly say i have never felt better....

I would never have thought myself capable of half of the exercises I was doing by the end of 10 week boot camp, it was hard and painful at times but Paula is such an inspirational and motivational lady that for the first time in years I actually believe in myself. I have been attending Paula s bootcamp for just on a year now, I had lost a considerable amount of weight but was unhappy with my fitness levels and saggy skin! Paula has encouraged me to believe in myself and given me the power to change who I am. I am on my way to being more toned and more confident about my body. I had been dreading the prospect of becoming 50 (last May) but by the time my birthday arrived, I was happy to shout it from the rooftops!! What I have enjoyed is that each class so far has been completely different to the previous, which keeps it fresh, compared to other exercise classes which can have the same routine for weeks in a row.
