Pavilions of Harrogate enjoys an enviable reputation for making every occasion special. We start from the premise that your event is unique and needs to be tailor-made to suit your requirements.
We offer a series of premier function rooms for hire, which are ideal for all occasions, accommodating everything from weddings, conferences, product launches, exhibitions, birthday parties, bar mitzvahs, seminars, funeral teas, dinner dances, Christmas parties, trade shows, baby namings, family gatherings to meetings and training.

We have a Christmas dance yearly and this one must be one of the best. The food was amazing and the music was good too. What a fab night. Would Definately go again
We had the most amazing day for our wedding! I couldn't fault anything with the venue and the lovely staff; both on the day and in the months and weeks leading up to it! The surroundings are beautiful and the food was exceptional! Thank you for helping to make our day perfect!
We had our wedding at Pavilions of Harrogate last Saturday. Nothing was too much trouble and the team - Fiona, Mike and Joe - were very accommodating with any requests we had. They made our day run really smoothly and everyone commented on how good the food was too! Thank you so much, Claire & Adam.
The Pavilions and it's staff gave us the wedding of our dreams! From the very first day we went to view it as a potential wedding venue to the second we left as man and wife on our wedding night everything was perfect! We were looked after from start to finish, nothing was ever too much to ask. The service, the food, the attention to detail, the professionalism and the genuine care we received were all first class and better than anything we could have ever imagined.
Thank you to everyone at the Pavilions. 2e had the most amazing day ever. It is truly a beautiful venue with a lot of space for everything you could ever want.
The staff especially Graham, Fiona and Ben understand every concept you could ever throw at them and they their utmost to make sure it happens with all their contacts and their calming nature when it all gets a bit too much.

Plenty of room for all types of events and staff that are friendly and willing to move mountains to help. All my guets were overwhelmed and full of praise at the beauty of the place. Lovely venue, discreet but friendly service and delicious Remembrance Buffet - we couldn't have chosen a more perfect place for our mother's remembrance brunch. Thank you.
I just want to say a big thank you, for the super remembrance buffet you provided, today following my Aunt's funeral. I also want to say a big thank you to Ben for his organisation.
Great venue, ideal for corporate or large family events - my dad's retirement was a bit of both, we had a great time, the dj David Bielby played a of the requests (some of which were a bit crazy!) and everyone had a great time, particularly my dad!
The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful too - fantastic!

Best place to go for your xmas party, usual loud music, usual party hats and crackers but what makes it stand out is the fantastic meal. The food is exceptional and not the usual party night food. They go the extra mile and next year is going to be even better as they will provide the lovely leather settees so us oldies can take time out from the dancing.

Attended a corporate event and received excellent service from the staff in sorting out IT issues and access. The small buffet that was ordered for those of us attending both briefings was superb and well worth the money. Of course, a walk around the Showground at lunchtime was also a bonus as the setting is beautiful. Would highly recommend this venue.
Absolutely beautiful venue for a Wedding reception.
The canapes were amazing and the wedding breakfast superb.
The staff are very attentive and nothing was too much trouble.
We had special dietary requirements on the table and it all went smoothly.

A lovely little place with lots of interlinking halls, all warm , nicely decorated and carpeted. There are usually rows of seats down the centre of each hall which is particularly useful for elderly and disabled visitors. There is plenty of room to park, and there is a tea room with sandwiches, soup cakes and hot and cold drinks. The cakes are a generous size and delicious.
Nice venue, very spacious and spread out over several separate areas/rooms. Also, with marriage registry facility on the premises it allows for all day combined events under 'one roof'
