A little hint to help you all in these unusual times. Try brushing your dog on a table/ bench in the garden or work top or coffee table , they are used to being on a table at the parlour so they will know this is their grooming time. Place a rubber car mat or bath mat on so they dont slip. Have someone hold them so they dont jump off while your brushing and combing and give them treats # stay safe every one xx

!!!! COVID-19 UPDATE !!!!!
After the announcement made from Boris Johnson last night I have no other option but to close my salon for the next 3 weeks !
I will contact every one who has pets booked in within this period and will reschedule them for as soon as we can possibly reopen.
... Other appointments after the 13th April will remain in place for now but will be reassessed nearer the time in line with government guidelines.
Thankyou all so much for your support over the many years and please all stay safe and well and we will all get through this together.
Give all your fur babies a big hug from me 🐕🐩🙅‍♀️🐱🐱 I can't wait for this to be over and start pampering them again

!!!!! IMPORTANT INFOMATION!!!
We are still OPEN at the moment following government guidelines and PIF federation . But we have put into place very limited / NO contact with clients to reduce risks . So we are asking all clients to text us what their requested hairstyle is eg same as before, slightly longer/ shorter etc or we will call and speak to you on your mobile when you arrive. ... Upon arrival at the salon you are to enter reception and leave your dog in the cage provided or loose if a large breed and then exit. We will then enter the reception from the grooming room and then groom your dog wearing gloves and mask for the first part of the groom until fully bathed and dried. Upon collection your dog will be waiting in the reception for you. Please leave the correct money on top of the desk where you will also see hand sanitizer. Once you leave we will then clean door handles work tops etc before the next client arrives We have a glass dividing door between the grooming room and salon so we can clearly see you and your pet , so all will be safe and well.
If you would prefer not to enter the salon please let us know and we will come out and collect your dog with gloves and mask on.
Please please also let us know if you or a family member have or has had a cough or and high temperature or are self isolating and we will arrange an appointment after 14 days and when we can implement even more stricter hygiene routines. Please keep you and us safe.
If we all work together we can stay safe and protect the most vulnerable .
