Busy day of puppy class-welcome to Rosie, Sydney, Ruby and King. Followed by agility with Rudi, Robin, Walter, Barkley, Kenny and Ludo and then a loose lead walking session with Maisey and Bailey and finally a recall workshop with Max, Chant and Bailey :) All various breeds and all did great :) Hope you all had as good a time as I did! :)

We took part in Lucy's Reliable Recall course in January. I have to say I was sceptical that Luna would ever be able to be lead free, but after the four week course and then continuing the training for another month or so, Luna's Recall is amazing!!! Lucy is amazing and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her services to anyone, we can't thank you enough! �

Today was my first visit for my old boy grooming not only does he look fabulous he did not get stressed and came out wagging his tail xx can highly recommend this service xx

Peanut our SBT x had his first 1-2-1 lesson with Lucy today and we are so happy with the advice and support Lucy has given us so far. Lucy seemed to understand everything we was saying about peanut and explained everything in great deal, whether it be about what peanut may be thinking/feeling and how to address his behaviour and demonstrated great techniques for us to continue his training. Lucy's attitude and techniques was very fun, friendly and positive and we can't wait to see peanut progress! ����

Me and my springer Alfie have just completed the 6 week beginner gun dog class with Lucy. The amount we have both learnt has really benefited us, i still have some more practice to do with Alfie to get him to the level I want but Lucy has been brilliant she goes at the pace you and your dog need and is always on hand in class to offer advice or alternative methods. Thanks Lucy we will hopefully see you soon for more classes �

Me and my German Shepherd both really enjoy the agility class of a Saturday morning to the point that he is sitting at the front door waiting as soon as I get up. We have done agility before but I think Lucy is friendlier and pays more attention to the needs of the dogs and how to help them approve. I can't wait to start the beginners class with our GSD that we rehomed last year. I'm sure she will love it as much as my boy does xx

Lucy helped us with our 3 year old rescue cocker jack . All the family were welcomed to the amazing purpose built unit . Lucy was fab , really encouraging and completely knew just what jack needed . Can’t wait to be back again In a couple of weeks ! Thank you so much ! Ps chicken in the fridge , pocket full of chicken and not a food bag in sight !! Lol xxx the jones family

Lucy and Les walk both our boys, they can be a handful at times but they manage to deal with them! We get updated of any issues with the boys and we can rely on them to accommodate for us, even if it is REALLY short notice. There's been times we've realised on the same day that the boys would need walking and they've been able to fit us in, if not for a walk they've come round and given the boys a home visit to make sure they're not in the house all day alone.

I've been taking Anni to Lucy's agility beginners classes for a few weeks now and she loves it. Lucy is a patient and positive trainer who caters for each individual dog in the class, she doesn't do "the one size fits all" . We'll be moving on to the next level for sure.

I have already recommended Lucy and Les to friends for puppy classes and the Rowdy Rovers.

I've been seeing Lucy for 121 sessions with our lead reactive Shepherd Duke. Lucy did a really thorough initial assessment and put a plan in place for us to move forwards. She is well informed, experienced and helpful, and always able to discuss and explain things fully. As well as outdoor work with other dogs we've loved learning some scent work, getting us working together and giving Duke chance to use his nose. Looking forward to more outdoor sessions in good weather and maybe a class at the new venue. Thank you Lucy !

I started the puppy class with a vizsla we adopted at 10 months to start back at the beginning again so not a tiny fresh puppy. Had some issues with her but was never made to feel like I had the 'naughty' dog, she barked, jumped up at me all class but it is a very relaxed atmosphere so can walk your dog around if they get restless. Positive training has worked a treat and we have seen a massive improvement especially in the last 2 weeks. Only been to 2 general obedience classes so far but Ruby loves it and starts whimpering and wagging her tail when we pull into the drive. Unlike other classes it's not all about heel, sit, stay it's practical, fun skills that you can do at home and not get bored. Every week is different, bit of agility, scent work but still with the basics thrown in. Paying as you go is ideal as well so you don't have to commit to so many weeks. Hopefully move onto agility in a few months. Lucy is patient and has given me lots of great tips to control Ruby at home which are slowly working and she is always available for help out of class too.

I have visited Lucy for a 1-2-1 session around Recall for my JRT who has really no recall at all. Following one classroom based session and a 1-2-1 training session both indoors and outside I now have some solid training techniques to go away and practice. I cant believe following one outdoor walk with Ruby, Lucy knew immediately the best training technique specifically for Ruby and gave me the advice I needed to practice on all our walks. I can't recommend Lucy enough. As I have paid for previous training and no one has identified immediately what I need to do and practice. Including advice on the right leads for training and walking. I am optimistic at some time Ruby will have sufficient recall to be off lead walking I will continue the training and consult Lucy along the way. Many thanks Lucy

I have used Lucy's Puppy class ,her Rowdy Rovers class and a 1-2-1 session. Amazing results in a short space of time with all. Lucy doesn't do a one size fits all type of training all dogs are individual and training methods are tweaked to suit your individual dog and their quirks. Common denominator being it's all positive reward based training. After Lucy recommending a vet check we discovered that Scout has an ongoing problem with neck pain/stiffness following an accident as a younger pup so had become wary of other dogs. In both classes he came on so much and the 1-2-1 was just unbelievable within half hr I went from not being able to get his harness near him due to his fear with his neck issue to him holding his paws up waiting for me to slip it over each leg! Methods are simple but so effective. He loves going to training classes and has improved such a lot with his barking and pulling towards other dogs. He isn't quite there yet but it would be ridiculous to expect that this early on, and with his veterinary problem. However, given he's only had 5 hours training with Lucy at Rowdy Rovers he's well on the road to being a lot more confident and happier around other dogs. No negativity whatsoever and baby steps lead to massive improvements which is so refreshing as the dogs are all happy. Lucy really goes out of her way to ensure no dog or owner are ever out of their comfort zones in class and really takes ownership of your dog's behaviour. Once you and your dog are on her radar she really is the go to girl for all their little blips. Support extends well past group classes which is a service I have never come across with other dog trainers. We look forward to some catch up days with our old classmates. Also once we have cracked this little bump in the road and saved up again I reckon we might have a crack at some Pawsitive agility with him. Thanks Lucy, Les and of course Suzie, Brian and Rosa! I have a fear/noise reactive BC and my training is ongoing with my Barney we've been with Lucy since January she is always at the end of the phone and is very professional in her work we've just done rowdy rovers and I've/he's learnt a lot from it's great for reactive dogs she's caring and if anyone could help with my BC than Lucy could he doesn't like people but feels safe with her hoping to start him with agility some time and meet up with other reactive dogs Barney even takes treats from Les when he's not barking at him big improvement I would recommend her to anyone needing help/training for their dog I needed training too ��

Guinness only attended yesterday for the first time but I could see he loved it, a lovely way for him to interact with other dogs.

Brought Barney for a wash n go today. Will defitely recommend. Barney smelt so nice after and was so fluffy! Thank you

Amazing business, our gang love her and it! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Not only does she take great care of our family members, Lucy has been there when I have needed to rush to the vets for support, she came with me when my heart was breaking! You certainly will not get that kind of service anywhere else.
